Greetings everyone! I am new to the forum and also into rooting so I was wondering which is the safest method to root my samsung s2 ? What do I need to get me started ? My devices particulars are firmware I9100XXLPS kernel I9100XWLP7 PLEASE NOTE THAT MY PHONE HAS THE SO CALLED "BRICK BUG" Thank you in advance.. :fingers-crossed:

Okay, so I just started using my s2 again, as you can see, and I was wondering if my phone is able to get a more up to date version of android? It's currently at 2.3.3 and I have already tried rooting it and flashing a ROM onto it, but it just won't work. I see no option to update it and I am very confused, please help. I'd like to personally thank anyone that does help me, I really appreciate it. (I am new here)

[Completed] [Q] [ UK Only] HANNspree ROM assistance.

The UK variant of the HANNspree Hanspad is running the same hardware as the US. The only difference is the OS which is running 4.4 KitKat.
We in the US have been left in the gutter thanks to HANNspree. We only have 4.2 running and are having pretty bad issues that could be saved by the updated firmware and OS.
If anyone in the UK has this HANNspree SN1AT74 please respond here.

[Completed] [Q] sch-s968c rooting/downgrade baseband

I've been trying all day to root my Samsung Galaxy S3 SCH-S968C. It's come to my attention since My baseband is H2 I have to downgrade it to H1. I'm having trouble finding a firmware file that will work. I came across one on samMobile.com and the file wont extract. Please, any help would greatly be appreciated.
