[Q] TouchWiz 5x5 - Note Edge Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi Guys,
I've seen a rom (I'm actually using it at the moment) that has a 5x5 grid for TouchWiz, do you know how to achieve this for other ROMS, is there a TW 5x5 APK somewhere
that we can install onto other ROMS in order to get a 5x5 TouchWiz ?

There are threads in Note Edge Themes and Apps containing TW 5x5, both for KitKat and Lollipop.

Yeah, I found one, but it didn't work ;(

to be honest, I moved over to cyanogenmod 12.x on note edge..

[REQ] Touchwiz Lollipop stock dark-blue SystemUI theme

Hi all devs!
I see many topics about porting SystemUI colors from new devices: white-blue, light-blue, ArcticUI etc... But nothing about old Samsung's color scheme, that was used on early builds of TouchWiz.
That I'm talking about (see attachment).
This is stock dark-blue color scheme was used on previous version of TW. With AMOLED screen it was prefect to use.
Is where some one, who can create SystemUI with "old colors" and made flashable zip for Stock Lollipop 5.0.1?

Using TouchWiz Home on Non-Samsung Devices

Hi,
I have a Moto X Force Running Lineageos 14 (7.1.1) and the official firmware for the Galaxy S7 SM-G930F with TouchWiz home and the samsung-framework.jar and samsung-framework-res two of the files that should make the launcher work. However, when selecting TouchWiz home as the launcher I get the message: TouchWiz home has stopped.
Does anyone know what could fix this?

It is impossible. because you need replace frameworok-res.apk from a Samsung device with your framework-res.apk,and it will not work on stock Android,LG ux,emui,MIUI and etc.if you try it you will get bootloop.

Its for NEMEIS ROMS ON GALAXY S5. Sorry but you can send me your SystemUI.apk (PM) and i try to make xposed module for Slimm Rom.

I have a idea,what about the files used in A3 2016 for Nougat and similar? Could you use those and make it compatible for more devices?

A3 2016 doesnt have the new Icons. btw this thread is dead. support stopped bc many new roms comes with latest icons

A3 2017 does though on stock Nougat.
The S6 even on Nougat has the ugly WiFi icon & stock based roms also have it. Ported roms from S8 have the newer icons, but are full of bugs.

Sorry to say ... As this is a device with a small developer base and Samsung has only published Android 5.1.1 firmware, chances are not that good to get Android 6 (or newer) TouchWiz firmware.
