i have recently unlocked my boot loader and installed xposed followed by some useful tweaks. after hearing the announcement of andriod lollipop i was awestruck and now i feel guilty about rooting my mobile. can i get OTA update for andriod 5.0??? if yes what am i supposed to do before installing the update??? (i know it's too early to talk about it, but i can't handle my anxiety)

You can read about the planned Android L update for your device here: Moto G > Moto G General Moto G will be upgraded to android L.
So it is officially on the list of devices which will get Android L.
But it's not released yet. So you have to be patient.
BTW, you may have to flash the update manually as long as you are rooted. To get OTA updates, you have to be "stock" (on official firmware).

i am having moto x xt1052. I rooted my mobile and is there is any possibility of getting update for lollipop version or i have to download the lollipop version

5.0 has not been released for your device yet officially. There are a few roms available..... But they will have bugs and won't have active display or touchless controls and other moto features.... You can find out about them here...
Post one has links. You would need to follow the rom instructions for flashing them,

Please help me,i have a moto g 2 LTE 2015 xt1079.It has an andriod lollipop 5.0 pre loaded which performs really well in it but i update it to marshmallow 6.0 which is a worse thing for me.After updating my phone's ram is almost full and it doesn't work well.I am unable to play any game and to do any activity.it just a show piece for me.I sent my phone to moto centre and told them to install lolliop but always install marshmallow.So,please provide me a official ROM lollipop 5.o for moto g2 LTE xt 1079.
