This is not my work I found it on HTCMania.com so I tht I should share it!!!!
100% working on tipo dual..
REQUIREMENTS
1)Rooted tipo dual!!
2)Root Explorer (To give correct permission rw-r--r--)
SCREENSHOTS IN SECOND POST!!!!

Here are the screenshots for the above posted system UI
Note : If there is a SystemUI.odex file of previous system UI delet it and replace this system UI with the one in System / app folder and give correct permissions!!!

1)Copy the apk in ur sd card
2)Then move it to system/app folder (using any root permission giving root manager I use Root Browser)
3)Replace old system UI with the one u downloaded!!
4)Delete Systemui.odex file (if there)
5)After replacing give Root permission as follows
(rw-r--r--)
6) Reboot!!!
Now u hv a new system UI!!!!

Im sry bro this is exclusively nli for tipo dual bt if u want a system UI for tipo single I can uplaod one from the Gimlo Zip file!!

I modified the original Touchwiz Launcher to look like the Galaxy Note 3

should work. you are in any custom rom or something? I tested in the stock rom GT-I8262B, but I've been told that other applications that I edited this model also work on other models.

don't is a zip archive, you have to put these files in your sd card and put in system/app, make this process two at a time and restart

I want to share this great keyboard
Original Post Here
INSTALL:
.- Download & flash the Zip via recovery.
IF IT DONT WORK, use MANUAL INSTALL
MANUAL INSTALL:
for Lollipop ROM's:
- extract all the files from my zip.
- put the "textinput-tng" folder into /system/app
- give right permissions, see the below screenshot!
- reboot, done.
for 4.x & up ROM's:
- extract all the files from my zip.
- put the "textinput-tng.apk" into /system/app
- put the "libswiftkeysdk-java.so" into /system/lib
- give right permissions, see the screenshot!
- reboot, done.

Not working for me 4.2.2 stock.Only the normal samsung keyboard
damn i used the wrong file.Now i tried the other but now i dont have any keyboard to use.

This port not working on 4.2.2 stock rom. It is specified in original post...
You can try to solve by replacing this original file "libswiftkeysdk-java.so" into the folder /system/lib. Then reboot.

@Nishant You Gave me that secsetting link of dropbox i just put on my rom and its give me bootloop hence i told u that

Razik i said just extract secsettings.apk and put it in ur rom and open settings..will.not give u bootloop..lol..lier

work on my rom 5.1.1 port -galaxy S3 neo i9301i
only remember that..motion rom have in system/app.......ClockPackage
in mod zip there is ClockPackage_L
so before flash delete data in ClockPackage and delete folder in system/app
or after flash you have 2 clock app
EDIT-also SecMyFiles and SecGallery aren't same-so delete them in system/priv-app
naturally i speak about motion rom for i9301i but i think is same for grand 2
