[Q] Smart Manager for Sprint S6 Edge - Sprint Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge

Does anyone have the APK that I can install for samsung smart manager? Sprint did not allow on device but T-Mobile has the APK. Any ideas on how to get on our phones?

I downloaded and followed this for my Verizon S6 Edge. It doesn't seem to be carrier specific. You do need to be rooted though.

I followed this too and changed the perms to 755 but it doesn't seem to be working on mine.. is 755 not the correct perms?
I put them in system/priv-app/

Yes, the 2 folders should be 0755. Make sure the apk files inside are set to 0666.

I cant get isis mobile wallet to work it keeps picking up root. I have tried the rootcloak plus also and also rootcloak plus through xposed and isis keeps picking up root, and this was with the isus verizon activity app added to the list to block and there are no other verizon apps on the list to block. Anyone ?
Figured it out working now.

I was using root cloak wrong I thought you had to delete the verizon isis one off the list instead it needed to be left alone and then it worked, just mixed up what I was supposed to do. Just install the app and do what it says and dont remove the verizon isis one on the list.

I can't say for sure if it will work, but if it will, you need to find the app and put it in system/apps then fix the permissions and reboot.

If you are referring to this part:
" Added Samsung Factory Unlock (89 CRD/Phone):
...
Samsung Galaxy Note Edge - SM-N915A
...."
Then they are talking about unlocking the phone to be used on any carrier. Unlocking =|= Rooting.
We are still waiting for root on the 915A. I am anxious myself bc I want to fix the freaking external sd card so that apps can write to it! Grrrrrrrrrr

lollipop

so, if u update to lollipop, will I lose root?

AFAIK cf auto root should still work, check one of the lollipop threads in the s5 sprint general section for the link. FWIW you can always root it if the bootloader allows you to flash unsigned packages, so unless Sprint decides to lock us out we will always have root.

I updated last night, I rooted mine by using Odin to flash TWRP, then used TWRP to flash a superuser zip. Took about 5 minutes. As stated above, cf auto root should work as well.
what's AFAIK, and FWIW?

Question for Samsung S5 SM-G900p
Hi guys,
I have a Samsung S5 with Sprint carrier (with Kitkat rooted).
Since Sprint is CDMA, I intend to install Lollipop from another carrier (Cellular one specifically for SM-g900P) available on sammobile.
My questions is if this will brick my phone and if not, will LTE/4G work?
Many thanks!

Cellular One will use different network settings. I can't say for certain, but strongly believe it won't work.

Need a root for s6, can't find support anywhere. Pingpong will not work.

baseband version g920vvru4b0k7 or build number lmy47x. I cannot find how to root this phone anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
There is no root for this phone....
Suh dude, your straight outta luck just like the rest of us. No matter how much you want it....there won't be root for this device because of the locked bootloader and virtually no development on the verizon side anyways.
Just rooted sm-g920p with c-f auto root. Pf4 is the version im on
