Hello,
I created a global weather app named Live Weather that is available here : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.app.liveweatherlite but some users tell me to have a lightweight version just for their country. So, it is the Bangladesh app .

Yes it have hourly weather - every 3h data. Unfortunately you can't change iconsets
