I've rooted my tab using odin software, but i need to unlock bootloader, kindly assist me to do so

Yes, you can flash roms if you have a custom recovery, Or stock rom with Odin. Just read the rom flashing instructions carefully.

I installed TWRP recovery on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7inch. I flashed the root file. But know My OS is gone. Is there any way to fix this?
