Have you read the instruction written above? Read below if you need help in details.
Download the above provided ROM, and Root.zip from download links and place it on your SD card. Make sure you have at least 3 - 4 GB of Space on your SD card because you may need to backup your current ROM too.
You may need a custom recovery installed on your phone first. Here's a guide for that.
Download links are already there so just read that, download whichever recovery you like (I recommend CWM as that one is much stable).
Now if you have flashed the recovery, you may need to reboot your phone into it. Do that by, shutdown your phone, press and hold power+volume up button together.
When you're in recovery, first take a backup in case if your phone get messed up. Do that by navigating to backup and restore option in the list. Choose backup to SD card after that. Now wait until it completes.
After its completion, you might be back on the home menu. Now you can flash the ROM, carefully follow the instruction provided by OP. ***Your phone will be formatted and your apps will be deleted so make sure you want to do it (Don't worry, SD card is safe)***
Wipe data factory Reset (Right there on list)
Wipe cache and dalvik cache (Just below the above option)
Install Xperia E4 rom (Select the option "Install ZIP from SD card" and then select that ROM zip you downloaded earlier from above provided link)
Reboot ur phone and do the setup (Switch on the phone after the process is complete and do the basic ritual)
Again Reboot into recovery (shutdown and hold power+volume up)
Flash Root.zip (With similar method as you flashed ROM)
***If you also want extra apps then read ahead otherwise just switch on the phone and proceed***
Reboot and extract Apps.rar (i.e. semc music, movies, album)
Install them as u install othr appz..
Done Now Enjoy

Gps problem
Gps is not working please solve this prob

Developer touch working wrong. Can you please use data base of Micromax_A104_SW_V8.1.0_HW_V1.0_20140929? in this file touch working fine. But working wrong in of A104_SW_V8.0.4_HW_V1.0_20140620_V2_DCC. So please use V8.1.0 of date 20140929

Are you still planning to release a stable version?
Also, is there any way you can make a lighter version without any special app as system? I can't move apps to SD card in this ROM and as you might be aware of, A104 doesn't have much internal memory to install all the necessary apps. Please reply.

Installing new rom/firmware

I'm trying to figure out the best way to install a new rom/firmware. Here is the process I have been using to date but I'm sure there must be easier way then doing all this.
1. Reinstall firmware/rom.
2. Check recovery to see if it still works. If it doesn't reinstall it.
3. Install su through recovery if necessary.
4. Install a file manager if necessary.
5. Install titanium backup.
6. Install Apps2SD
7. Install 10 apps at a time (so memory doesn't fill up) then use apps2sd to link to SD card.
8. Check to see if everything is running smoothly. If it's not do a wipe at this point and go back to step 4.
This is a time consuming process and I'm looking for ways to improve the process. Especially at step 7. It takes forever to load the apps then link2sd. Is there another way to do this part so memory doesn't fill up? Even when I check the option to auto link it doesn't auto link when installing apps from titanium.
I don't use nandroid. I've tried it in the past and the restoration usually ends up being pretty buggy. I've spoken to a few friends and they don't do it either. i'm not sure if it's possible that I will brick my phone without doing a nandroid backup but I haven't yet.

ICS installation for HTC Wildfire S

Cud anybody help me with the istallation procedure for the following link..
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1683874
Really confused here and wanna install ICS 4.0.4 for my phone :/
0. Make sure you're rooted
1. I think you also need s-off
1.5. Download the ROM file, and the Gapps file
2. Flash a custom recovery, such as ClockWorkMod. The easiest way is to download ROM Manager
3. Boot into that recovery. This can be done by using ROM Manager, or some device specific method (search it)
4. Make a backup (use the volume keys to navigate, select and back buttons are different for each phone, but should be easy to figure out)
5. Clear data/factory reset. OPTIONAL: under advanced clear dalvik cache
6. Install zip from SD card, navigate to the downloaded ROM, and select
7. Let it install, then install zip from SD card again, but this time select the google apps file
8. Reboot and enjoy! First bootup will always take longer than normal.
NOTE: since you do a factory reset, its a good idea to backup your apps with titanium backup, and various other things (like sms and mms) with mybackup root
This is the procedure for flashing any non-Sense (lol) ROM as well
Hope this helps!

I really doubt the Wildfire S to be powerful enough to manage running ICS smoothly.
Anyway, good luck!
Rooting the phone is such a pain in the ass wid the bootloader requiring as many as 14-15 software's installed b4 it can work properly and also crashes everytime!!

FULL NOOB Custom ROM install Instructions
How to install a custom ROM, Hopefully without messing anything else up.
Follow ALL the directions carefully.
These instructions are intended to do a couple things.
1. Not mess up your stock ROM(assumed to be ICS 4.04 stock OTA)
2. Allow you to use 4 other ROM’s on systems 3-6.
3. Show you why you couldn’t figure this out from the normal forum posts that just simply say.
1. Wipe data/factory reset, cache and Dalvik cache
2. Install your ROM
3. Install gapps
4. Reboot and enjoy!NOW Let’s get started. Read through this once or twice before trying.
1. FULLY CHARGE YOUR PHONE BATTERY.(then come back)
2. On your phone Go to System Settings, More, Mobile Networks, Access Point Names, Copy down your APN settings. For AT&T USA they are as follows, AT&T US HSDPA, APN (phone), MCC (310), MNC (410), APN type (default, supl, agps, fota, dun), APN protocol (IPv4), APN enable/disable(APN enabled)
3. Connect your phone to your computer, choose Mass storage, USB storage. Let it install the drivers.
4. Switch the connection type to Media device, MTP and let it install the drivers.
5. Switch the connection type to Camera, PTP and let it install the drivers.
6. Create a folder on your computer, Example, D:\ROMS\SLIMKAT, D:\ROMS\CM11
7. Download the ROMs you want to their specific folders.
8. Download the rom specific GAPPs(Google Apps Package) to the same folder. Download any other packages that are needed to the same folder (mods/fixes).
9. Connect your phone as USB storage.
10. Copy the folder to your SD card.
11. Root your phone. As of 2/2/2014 If you are on stock ICS 4.0.4 the current way to root it is to use, Click_to_Root, Search the forum for the download, new_root_unroot_4.0.4_ics.rar
12. Download the Zip or RAR,
13. Extract it. The folder will look something like this D:\ROMS\new_root_unroot_4.0.4_ics.
14. Connect your phone as Media device, MTP.
15. Open the folder D:\ROMS\new_root_unroot_4.0.4_ics
16. Double click on Click_to_Root.bat, let it root your phone and wait for it to reboot. Don’t touch anything until it tells you that it was successful and your phone has rebooted.
17. Go to the Play Store and install Boot Menu Manager(BMM).
18. Open BMM click rebooter and choose reboot.
19. When it reboots to the green Android hijack screen touch it.

23. Go back, then go to SETTINGS.

32. Click Create

I'm currently on a 2.3.6 ROM called VictoryROM 1.1 and when I search the play store I cannot find the BMM app. I used and still have Clockworkmod Recovery 5.02.5 installed which is what I used to flash victoryrom wayback when. I'm curious if I could use that recovery method to flash the new ROMs out nowadays, such as revolt or Unicorn.

Yep, but install BMM as most of these 4.4 ROMs are BMM. Read the guide and watch the videos before you mess up your phone. Beware installing them on system 1 or 2 unless you have a backup phone. They are not stable enough yet. Keep in mind they are still unofficial. So if you are wanting stable you might consider 4.3 Mokee or PAC MAN.

CM 13 for Micromax Canvas xpress 2!

Hey guys!
This is my first xda post and it's about the MICROMAX CANVAS XPRESS 2
Today,I'm gonna show you how to install Cyanogenmod 13 with Andoid M onto your device.
This whole porting has been done by ARNOB POROSH so three cheers to him for his great work.
Now,how to install.....
(NOTE:YOU MUST BE ROOTED AND HENCE MUST HAVE A CUSTOM RECOVERY INSTALLED ON YOUR PHONE!)
1)Download the rom zip and move it over to your sd card(int. or ext.,you choose)
2)Boot into recovery .
3)Wipe System,Data,Cache
4)Wipe Dalvik Cache too
5)Now select install from sd card(i.e. the place in which you have the zip)
6)Select it and install!
So after you've installed it, it will take some time to boot but don't worry. If you still feel the urge to do something then you can pull out your battery after waiting for 2-3 min but it won't be necessary i think.
Now,there are some things to note,
1)You won't have a keyboard installed so you can put in the apk i provide link to.
2)Calibrate battery.
3)You will see that you can call people but when there is an incoming call, you can't recieve it,the dialer crashes. I have fixed it and for that i will put in the link of zip of Google Dialer and Contacts. But before flashing it from the recovery, install root browser and delete Contacts and Dialer from system/privapps folder,OKAY?
(IF YOU FACE ANY TRUBLE WITH THE PROCESS ABOVE,MENTIONIN THE COMMENT SECTION,i'll try to answer it)
(I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO YOUR PHONE BUT I FULLY THINK NOTHING WILL HAPPEN)
https://docs.google.com/uc?id=0Bwf-a2q-TatWYnpCNFpxcklGVGc&export=download-this IS THE ROM
http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=3565367&d=1449277241-THIS IS THE DIALER
Hit the thanks button please !!!
Unable to format external SD card as internal
I have shifted from this current account to Turya 35......so if anyone faces any issues feel free to contact me there..
