Can I use an SM-P905 (not V) on Verizon? If so, where can I buy one? I don't want the locked bootloader with the Verizon model

I recently bought a Samsung Tablet SCH-i705 from the USA and would like it to be compatible with the Kenyan network. How do i unlock it?
I own a T-Mobile variant of the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus i.e SM-G928T..It is an unlocked phone and thus I was wondering if I could upgrade to the SM-G28G Firmware to get faster updates and rid of Carrier Bloatware..Please tell me whether I can do so by downloading the rom for the International version and then install it on the T-Mobile variant using Odin..

Hello,
We don't recommend flashing a different model's firmware into another, you may run into issues.

It's been confirmed that the T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note 4 n910t has an unlocked bootloader. The Note Edge came out around the same time. Can anyone confirm if the T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note Edge n915t also has an unlocked bootloader ? Or a factory unlocked ?
Before I buy a USA factory unlocked SM-N970U1 can I be reassured this model is compatible with UK carriers?
