Hi there,
This thread is about my newest app: Smarttention Launcher. It is an Android launcher replacement, which adapts itself automatically to your current context. That means that you always see the apps that you likely want to use the most. This idea is not novel from a technical perspective, but I am the first who actually made the recommendations completely dependent on sensor information. Plus, I use a really sophisticated, custom machine learning algorithm, which should give you really accurate recommendations.
Smarttention Launcher is in early BETA stage. It doesn't come with too much eye candy, it doesn't allow any customizations, and it isn't optimized for low battery usage. All these aspects will be addressed in upcoming releases. And I'll use this thread to keep you updated!
Get Smarttention Launcher from the Play Store: LINK.
I want to ask those, who download and try the Smarttention Launcher at this early stage, to provide me with some feedback and comments. Thereby, I appreciate any comments or feature wishes. You can PM or mail me, or reply to this thread. I'm looking forward to your feedback. :good:

Thanks for the amazing feedback for the last few apps I made and shared on this forums, so I thought you guys would be interested in previewing an app I've been busy working on for the past few weeks. Tap Genie is an app that queries the OpenStreetMap APIs and plots the location of bathrooms and drinking fountains on a map, allowing you to quickly find what you need the most on hiking trips.

Requirements
-Android 2.1+
-GPS enabled
-Data or Wifi
-Google APIs
Where can you use it?
Hiking trips, traveling, saving money on water bottles, lots of usages, really.
Limitations
Right now, I have only finished the essential of the app, so a lot remains to be done. Remember that this is still in a test stage, so do not expect everything to be perfect. Don't worry as more features will come in future updates.
Where do I get it
Note: the app is still under testing, take this into consideration if you review, although I do not ask for it since it's not representative of the final app.

Remember, this is an open thread about this app, please don't hesitate to post any comments, ideas, critiques, or just saying thanks!
I might have forgotten to mention things in this thread, please let me know as well.
Holo Twitter app concept
The Twitter app has a tolerable design, however it is not very practical (few elements in wrong places) and it is not proper Holo! There are a few 3rd party apps but they're still not it. This is why I designed this concept. It's similar yet different from Twitter's current flat UI parts of it are based on the latest update of the Google Newsstand app. The first two photos show the phone version, the rest show the tablet (Nexus 7) version in portrait mode.
Also keep in mind that I am not a developer so I can't make this app, but I decided to share it if there is a developer who could! If so make sure to contact me.

Please tell me what you think!
Those who have seen my Holo Facebook concept (which you can find HERE if you haven't seen it) can probably tell that they are very similar (except for some mechanics characteristic to Twitter/Facebook), and indeed they are, but I really believe that this design would work really well in both cases.

All photos here are broken?
EDIT: Nevermind, I think it was a problem with my browser
look nice :good:
Would anyone want me to design a concept for a Holo web browser?

What Is It and What Does It Do?
Hey guys, this is just something I was working on, to dabble in the new material design introduced with Android 5.0 Lollipop. Wanted to play around with some of the new stuff, while also making something somewhat useful at the same time. It's a really simple app that allows you to perform USSD tasks with buttons instead of having to type it out.
This specific one is for AT&T Users, but I have plans to do it for other networks.
If you do know more codes that can be added or any of the existing ones that needs to be corrected let me know!
Plans for Upgrades
In the really near future, I'm hoping to add much more codes as well as addtional functions. However, I don't use AT&T, so if anyone can suggest additional codes/features, it would be helpful.

Hi everybody,
I am a new member of this forum and a new android developer. I have designed a really really simple application just for learning on my own the basic principles of Android programming, so here it is. I only have an Android device, more concretely a Nexus 5, so I would be very thankful if somebody could tell me how it works (and looks) in other screens. Also, any advices and comments about pretty much anything will be highly appreciated. Oh, and before someone says it, I know how childish the design is; it's my personal touch haha.
Thank you all!

Kuk the Cookie is a fortune cookie that will tell you your future if you click over it.
That future could be a good one or a bad one, just like in real life. It will probably be bad, just like in real life. About its accuracy, Kuk claims to have a hit rate at least equal to any other medium, palm reader, oracle or fortune cookie.
So do not take it too seriously.

Hey all!
I've been an XDA follower myself since the good old Sony Xperia Arc days
Developing apps has been something I've wanted to do for years and now, thanks inadvertently to the pandemic, I've had the time to get started on this journey with the super awesome Flutter framework. This is my first app

version 1.2.2 now available!
