EDIT: Google+ keeps force closing :s Updating via Play Store seems to stop the force closes. But using TeamSevens kernel ROM kept crashing randomly, reflashed it and will report back!
REPORT: Working fine with stock kernel, will message the kernel dev and see whats up

How do you swap back to double tap for recent apps and long press for Gnow like it is normally? I only found the option to set function of long-pressing home, but not for double tap.

So why isn't this based on the Google edition Rom?

Would probably be less laggy since its based on official HTC code and not source. I dont see a reason not to.

Because GE still has sense framework. CM is built from official android source, added mods/tweaks/etc. CM is good base to add more features such as PAC does.

Does this work with sprint HTC one?

Only one of the two is needed.
It's just cleaned up some. If in doubt use the original one.

This is built for the m7ul model. It may work on the m7 (untested) but not the m7wls (Sprint).

The default camera works well in low light as far as I tested.
You can either remove the camera and install the GE one, or install it and have both.
I found it rather confusing to have 2 camera and gallery apps so I removed the default one and installed the GE one.

I had to create the thread to be "compliant" with PAC Team rules.
They will validate ASAP (I hope ), and nightlies should be back

Thinking I might give this a shot.

Will the wallpaper size limitation issue be fixed as well? I've noticed the problem in this and the OmniROM, so I'm not sure if it's systemic.
BTW, I tried PAC ROM as my first ROM attempt, and I' m loving it. I tried Omni afterwards, but response seems much better on this. However, Omni broke root and trying the original method of restoring root resulted in a bootloop. Not sure what to do at this point to restore it, still looking into things. Thanks!

About the wallpaper, will look at it, there was a special hack for A700 in CyanogenMod (because of problems with 1080p screen)

Also have noticed that the EZ Cast dongle I have no longer casts video as on the stock ROM; also when plugged into the HDMI the subtitles do not display properly (via MX Player). Not sure if it's worth a bug report, still working on configurations from my end.

Hum, I get a boot loop on RC3... Can roll back though. Anyone else have this problem?
EDIT - re-downloaded the RC, seems to work okay now - but it could also be that the boot time seems much longer than RC-2. Will start testing once the tab's recharged, this was a long day of fiddling with the thing.

I have a questions. I changed the nav buttons to use different icons. How do I revert to stock? There does not seem to be a way.

Having used this for a few hours all was well, no changes to anything, other than logging in to google and setting up my wifi. It then started random rebooting and lost my wifi, which I could not turn back on in the settings, as its gryed out. Had to flash back my stock image Had similar with lates nightly from CM11. Both also lost notifications bar at the top of the screen and the dock at the bottom, so it was impossible to get to anything, as I had not had chance to setup many icons.
Been playing with Android roms since 1.6 and not had this type of issue. I am sure it will be resolved soon though. Whilst it was running OK, this ROM was ultra snooth and pretty snappy. :good:

No problem! There is a pretty simple way to do this is you use TWRP
1. Place rom and gapps (same version) on your device to install
2. Boot to recovery
3. Go to advance wipe, delete ONLY system and cache, NOT DATA
4. Install ROM & Gapps
Follow these steps and it will restore to stock while retaining your data, hope this helps

PAC builds from CM (as well as many other ROMS) I will make another build tonight and place in the basketbuild incase their are issues that were ironed out. You can use the above method I recommended to barth2 to upgrade w/o changing any of your data or installed apps.

Checking in: my nook hd+ has never run so smoothly. Terrific work!!
I was going to pass this to my sister and upgrade to the tab s for the OLED screen mainly and better speed but now I wonder why pay so much money when I have something perfectly workable.

Loaded this up, stilling having issues with netflix (Laggy audio).
I now also seem to be getting a screen flicker in some apps, maybe it just needs a restart.

I agree, PAC rom is pretty sweet. I wasn't even able to use WiFi tethering with my carriers stock software, now I'm able to without restrictions xD

I have a major WIfi problem!. after flashing Pac-ROM starts off Great! but after 10 mins! suddenly my wifi doesn't work ! it doesn't even search active routers!
how can i overcome this problem!?

Keyboard not working.
My keyboard randomly disappears from the screen while typing and I can't bring it back without restarting the phone. Any ideas?

Yes it's the stock keyboard. I've tried wiping cache, dalvik and factory reset together without success. The interesting thing is when the keyboard breaks then my back button also breaks.

Yeah there's support but our board doesn't support giving power to usb devices so you need to buy OTG with external power supply.

Having also on this Rom the same Problem with whatsapp that new messages doenst get saved like in the turborom and i think maybe its because DEXPREOPT cause on other Roms there isnt this.

What does dexpreopt mean?
Anyway I've tried the rom and it's extremely fast. I've tried all the roms pretty recently and turborom came out on top in my opinion. I just tested the battery life and smoothness, no benchmarks. Now pacrom is my new daily driver its so smooth, much faster than my wife's s6. Great job @rodman01 and thanks for all your hard work.

I think its deodexed apps but im not sure im still a newbie with all
And the messages only disapear when you closing whatsapp could someone confirm this ?
@rodman1 do you have also noticed it or is there already a fix or its somehow only my problem ?

I'm not using snapchat or instagram but they're not other working for sure. Why would they work if they doesn't work on any other aosp/cm rom?

This is a bit off topic but seems like it. Maybe it'll get fixed one day I don't know, I don't have much programming experience so I wouldn't know.

The same by my dont know how the roms are made but thoes who are doing this job have to know where is the problem. This is only my opinion
