[Completed] issues in removing miui 6 beta version on redmi 1s - XDA Assist

I have rooted my redmi 1s and upgraded to miui 6beta using cwm recovery but after update it has been restored to miui recovery and now I could not install cwm recovery I wanted to restore miui 5 stable version but not able to do it can some one help me on recovering it to stable version cause miui 6 beta has lot of bugs

Have you tried to install [armani]CWM PhilZ Touch for RedMI 1S?
You can find the installation instructions in the first post.
BTW, the official PhilZ-CWM recovery can be found here: [RECOVERY] [OFFICIAL] [CWM v6.0.5.0 Advanced] Philz Touch Recovery.
If it doesn't work, you can try this: [Recovery] DEFAULT / TWRP / CWM.
There you can select CWM or TWRP recovery ... what you prefer.
And here is a guide how to flash recovery via ADB: [REDMI 1S] Flash Recovery Using Adb Tools (PC METHOD).

Newbie: help needed in upgrading CM on resurrection remix n7100

entlemen, I am quite new to custom OS on Android but have fair share of knowledge related to IOS.
I installed CM 6 on my android and installed resurrection remix OS. Now I am not able to update to CM 12.
What I did:
1) downloaded latest nightly build from Cyanogenmod.org
2) saved in external memory
3) installed it via recovery mode.
The result was error and some status 7 message came. Thanks to the backup, my phone is good and working.
What I want to do:
1) upgrade to CM 12 or best stable ROM
2) install ios7 theme via xpose repo
Any help is really appreciated.

How to install this ROM

[Recovery] TWRP 3.2.1.0 for Homtom HT10

I finally managed to get a newer version of TWRP for this phone, so now people should be able to install roms up to android 8.1 on the Homtom HT10 (which do not exist yet, but I hope this will allow more people to try porting a rom to this device).
If there are any bugs, let me know.
All credits go to the projects which I mentioned in the Needrom post! I just patched this together because I have no idea how to port/compile a recovery from scratch. Just doing this on the side.

I'll try porting at least an Android 7 rom to the device next. Any suggestions? (I prefer to start with roms already on devices with similar hardware, like the Vernee Apollo Lite or the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 (MTK).)

Yes decrypt after installing rom
Decrypt can be flashed anytime as manytimes you want as it don't cause any fatal issue

Then go to mount option in twrp and mount your vendor
Have you read my thread I have said about this roms also I also installed and tried this roms. So you better try the one I mentioned there . But everything depends on your discretion as you wish.
