So my S4 keeps failing to install 5.0, ota and Kies didin't work, can someone find me Odin for my s4 and tell me how to use this?

Hi, I really need help on this issue. For some reason, My galaxy s4 can't be used at all.
Baseband Version - Unknown
imei - Unknown
Not register to network at all.
I have rooted with CF-Auto-Root-jflte-jfltexx-gti9505.tar.md5 , after rooted, No SuperSU show on application. Downloaded from playstore but unable to use.
Root Checker show " Root is not properly installed"
Try flashed "UPDATE-SuperSU -v1.94" but failed.
Please help....
