Ok guys if you have had a Note 1, 2 or 3 you may be familiar with my Sweet ROM series.
Those of you that know my Sweet ROM's from Note 1 will know I generally build a full ROM. I like to keep all the Samsung apps etc in. Users can delete what they want to lighten the ROM if they wish and know what they are doing.

[*]You may want to do a backup of your data apps etc. I have made a quick guide HERE on how I backup and restore my apps in under 10 minutes after a data wipe
[*]Make sure you have backed up your imei (efs). There are a number of apps that do this. Refer Themes & Apps or Original Development XDA thread for Note 4. Keep in a safe place. (If done on previous version no need to do it again if kept in safe place)
[*]Download & place Sweet Rom V4 zip on internal or external SD Card
[*]I used twrp recovery from HERE though cwm also works.
[*]Do a nandroid backup of your current rom
[*]Wipe data / factory reset (must do this if you are going from 4.4.4 to 5.0.1)
[*]Flash Sweet ROM V4
[*]Reboot & do a little dance, pat your head and rub your tummy at the same time while you're waiting for it to boot. Be patient as it takes a lot longer due to ART than 4.4.4 did

This is a N910H Exynos ROM and should work on N910C (4G may not work) but not on N910U versions.
This rom is built for standard dpi. If you wish to change it that is fine but I don’t take requests to fix dpi issues

I think i stick to the n910c v11.... all n910h rom the LTE is disabled by default,right mr not-i? Is it possible to enable it?

Yes and yes but the N910C Rom is same firmware anyway but with some files changed

Our n910h is locked without LTE support but if we flash the n910c version, the LTE is unlocked

Interesting. I cannot get the reboot menu. Can I also flash 3Minit mod?

I never noticed that. The only 4G service here in my country does not offer "phone" service. Just pure data so I use a mifi

All bugs fixed from V21 I figured out the issue and have removed it
For my Toggle look in the images enable Blurred Systemui & Xposed S5 toggles & recent apps in Xposed framework under modules.
How to setup and use Xposed Framework and Wanam Xposed on Sweet ROM. So many theming & modding options. Post 4 HERE
BATTERY LIFE – I would advise at least run a few cycles before you start talking about it.
This is build is for standard dpi. You are welcome to try 240, 214 etc but I don't support these mods. Meaning I have no time to work on any fixes if you try to change dpi so please don't ask. You can change DPI with Xposed apps. Search and you will find.

Bugs - I have found changing ringtones with Media Storage produces error. I have therefore included all the ringtones, notification tones etc in sdcard. To change ringtones etc do it the normal way but use the ES File Explorer option and navigate to /storage/emulated/0/Audiotones then the folder you need eg. Ringtones. This way works fine. I haven’t had ime to look at it but will when I get a chance.

Remove these and any others with same icon from system app. You can then go further if you wish and remove knox from libs, container & framework etc but just removing the apps will do it

I just tried this rom on tmobile N900T model & had no wifi. Too bad this rom looks great.

It's built for N9005 so I wouldn't advise using it on other models. What's the difference in hardware with the 900T and 9005?

Ok guys if you have had a Note 1, 2 or 3 you may be familiar with my Sweet ROM series. Sweet ROM was the very first Note 4 custom rom released on either platform.
Those of you that know my Sweet ROM's from Note 1 will know I generally build a full ROM. I like to keep all the Samsung apps etc in. Users can delete what they want to lighten the ROM if they wish and know what they are doing.

Yes thats my feeling to but its too early to know yet until all firmware has been released and looked at. We also need to know the mount points for the various exynos variations too though this mounts through sbin and not specific ext4", "EMMC", "/dev/block/mmcblk0pXX" points.
Also check with a root enabled file explorer the kernel path. Go to dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/ and check the mount points for your device. If you have "boot" in this path you should be fine to flash this. This uses "/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/boot" for kernel flash.

This rom doesn't include the modem so you will keep yours.

Working fine here, N910U Hong Kong version. Nice to have a rom that doesn't start the user setup in Chinese (even if it is just a simple drop-down ).

No worries. Seeing as stock roms are available and I'd already rooted I didn't think there was too much risk
I can't see anything that's obviously not working, root seems to work better now with your rom (it took a long time to pop up with the request to grant root every time - sometimes so long the app would time out and assume it didn't go through), but that might have been my fault for not setting something up properly in the first instance.
I was a little confused as to what 2degrees was until I did a quick google - New Zealand telco - makes sense now.

P.S. I think should be coz the Handwriting Recognition only can recognize English, can u doing something about it so that can support Chinese as well?

Thanks for the feedback. I will remove 2degrees in next build. Its a bit hard to see what bloat is in there without having it on my device yet, ha ha. Any other carrier/country specific bloat to remove?

Sorry, I removed the chinese ime apk. HERE you go see if this works. Place in system/app and set permission 0644 or rw-r--r-- then reboot.

It's been tested. It's the same as my v2 N910U version. You can use my mods from v2 thread on this rom too

Neither do I. I use Xblast Tool to set full call picture. By the way, which version of Xblast support 4.4.4 as you know.

The rom doesn't include modem so your baseband will not change from what you have now.

Sorry i don't want say you a mistake, but there are some threads about DPI changer, didn't test with Lollipop and never with Kitkat either

Its cool I'm just used to 460Dpi as it's better fitting. Yes you can change system dpi but would need app settings and working xposed to correct the dialer and camera.
Will leave this subject now and say 20mins to go

Hey TEKHD, I messed up the ROM by installing/flashing things that are not designed for URv2.2.3...
DomPop URv2.2.3 TEKHD EDITION ROM RESTORE FLASH TOOL: "Reset" without a reset... This flashable zip will restore most of the vital files of URv2.2.3 back to stock. Note that this is ONLY for URv2.2.3 All your data will remain intact, but all your Phone Settings/SQL Databases/Toggles/Build.prop/SystemUI/Framework will be restored. Very useful for developers testing zips and users that messed up the ROM.

STEP 0 - MAKE A NANDROID (always important)
STEP 1 - TWRP -> WIPE -> ADVANCED WIPE and do this 3 times... (see image below)
STEP 2 - Install ROM... (May take like 10 min to boot the first time)
BULLET PROOF (FAIL SAFE) INSTALLATION:
STEP 0 - MAKE A NANDROID (always important)
STEP 1 - Find a copy of YOUR STOCK Kernel (put the file in the same folder as the ROM in your phone...)

STEP 4 -> If for some reason the ROM does NOT boot (I have tested this a million times and never got a single bootloop, but if you do...) Go ahead and boot into recovery, (Volume UP + HOME + Power) and flash your stock Kernel. Now your phone should boot normally.
