Removed the Bodyguardz Pure as I could not live with it being so short on the top & bottom.
Installed the Zagg Glass and it came out pretty much perfect with No Halos at all.
It is a hair off to the left but at $35.00 a shot it will have to stay.
I liked the Bodyguardz Express Alien tray and the glass was nice & smooth but did not like how stubby it was.
The Zagg is much taller, fits better and works just perfect.
I purchased the Zagg Glass at an At&T store as I did not want the "Blue Light Special" that Best Buy is selling of the Zagg Glass.
Here's a couple pictures:

Looking to get the girly a nice case as hers is falling apart but she only wants a case that protects the screen. Right now she has a cheap one from amazon that the phone snaps into and then there is a magnetic screen protector on it as well. Anyone with any experience with these?
I have an invisible shield screen protector with a Speck case which is a great combo. Speck has some feminine colors for cases and the invisible shield is a great screen protector, but it does seem to smudge a lot.
Maybe Otterbox Commuter will be nice solution?
best case
otterbox to me is the best case to get
Zagg invisishield but get the antiglare/anti smudge one's form best buy the never smudge even with chicken grease (hadda txt one night while eating wings) as far as case's go amazon.com has a ton of them personally i recommend a tpu style case they're light nice and have grip liek a jelly, but they are also hard liek a snap case plus the s-line one's have a raised camera lip so u won't scratch the lens when it set it camera side down, only thing the s-line is for desire hd nd while it fits the screen side dosen't always lien up perfect, meaning that the raised lips aroudn the screen isn't always raised all the way around other then that they are great and come in ton's of different colors
I know its not tempered glass, but I just slapped one of these on, and I am very happy.
Originally had the UAG screen protector that came with my case, which was crap.
It does not cover the entire screen, but I cant even tell that I have a screen protector on my phone. It is invisible.
I bought the HD Clear.
For $3.99, you cant go wrong until a decent glass screen protector comes out.

I heard good things about this screen protector. Does it have glass feel? I have spartan glass protector on mine and has halo around the edges. Mind posting some pic?
With your finger it feels nice, not rubbery like the UAG that I had on prior. With the S-Pen, it definitely doesn't feel like glass. Using the pen, with every swipe you know its plastic.
I don't use the pen often, so this is not an issue for me.
The only camera I have is the phone that the protector is on, sorry.
I bought the same ones and they're a great deal even if the price was doubled.

I just got these for my phone and wanted to share some pics.
For the tempered glass, I just bought one of the cheap ones. I was taking a change on haloing, and it has a halo. But, it is barely noticeable if the screen is on. The only other issue is that it barely covers the screen width-wise. I get what I paid for. Other than that, the visibility is awesome like any other glass screen protector. S-pen and finger touch have no issues.
After looking at many different cases, I again got one of the cheaper options. This case adds little bulk, but nothing like other similar cases. Plastic part has matte finish, so no finger prints. It is a little slippery, but rubber part does not catch dirt/lint and grip is good enough. The lip on the screen side is barely enough to clear the glass protector. I would have like a bigger lip, but as long as the screen is not touched when the phone is face-down, I can live with it. The only annoying issue is that feel for the side buttons are muted due to the rubber.
Overall, the case provides adequate protection and the fit is great. For the price, I may say that it is a better value than Spigen Slimarmor or other similar cases.
Looks very nice.
Looks like the case is two pieces that snap together? If so, does it easily split apart? I ordered the Unicorn Beetle SUPCASE because it seems to do just that, but (like most cases) there are a lot of mixed reviews so more options the better o-O;; Looks nice :good:
What Plastic Screen Protectors are you using on the Note 4? I'm under the notion that typical PET film is compatible with most cases.
I got the Zagg HDX screen protector and I'm pretty happy with it. I was hoping for tempered glass, but I don't think that's going to happen any time soon. The HDX protector was easy to install and it feels great. No issues with s-pen making divots or marks so far (been about a week of use).
INITIALLY... like immediately after you put it on, it feels a bit "sticky" when you run a finger over it. Just clean it off though and it's fine. Must be some residual "sticktion" from the films that cover the film prior to install.
+1 for the Zagg HDX. It's more expensive, but well worth it. The glass protectors look funky on this phone, and you can barely tell the Zagg is on there except for the somewhat sharp edge. I usually go without a protector, but the Note 4 is VERY scratchable... I had several light scratches in the coating that could only be seen in the right light only after a few days of use, so I had to get the protector.
I can rest-assure you its very hard not to get even the tiniest scratch on the shiny metal portions of the Note 4 especially the first time you put the phone in a case. When buying new, the device jostles while in transit, and I've seen scratches in areas where no one will see; that's just me.
Is the HDX as thin as one of those cheap plastic screen protectors found on eBay?
The HDX is a little thicker than the cheap ones. It's a multi-layer construction and provides impact resistance. It's still thin and flexible enough that it handles the slight curve at the edge of the screen and doesn't halo or anything. AND... I'm using the Samsung case and it works with that perfectly.
I'm currently using the iCarez film protector and it does not fit with my Seidio Surface case because it's too thick. Has a bubble in the lower left corner I can't get rid of and when I put the phone in my Akron Mega Grip car mount the side arms cause a large bubble on the left side. Not sure how thick it is but hoping for better results with the Zagg HDX which is 1 mm thick. Also don't like S Pen feel with the iCarez film.
I've been using Spigen Steinheil screen protectors since I first got a Motorola OG Driod. The Steinheil have always been durable and protective of my screens. I have a Spigen Steinheil Crystal screen protector on my Note 4. It works well and doesn't interfere with the native screen. They come 3 in a pack.
Zagg hdx until my iloome shows up

TechMatte screen protectors are the best quality, and best value!

So far I've purchased tempered glass screen protectors from three companies. Supersheildz and ivoler protectors are the exact same product. The only difference with Pleson is the small outcropping around the top of the earpiece. Aside from that outcropping the Pleson protector is essentially the same as well. The ivoler protector doesn't even reach the edges of the display area. For now I'm sticking with Pleson. Just thought I'd share my experience.
The glass curves down at the edges. People are all moaning about tempered glass that doesn't go all the way to the edges, when I don't even think that's possible. Zagg tried to go a little bit further than the flat part, and the result is the worst case of HALO I've ever seen personally. Hopefully soon CX

I'm on my 4th glass protector. So far, only the Pleson covers the whole veiweable area. The only problem is small areas of the top of the protector that refuse to stay down. It's not in the viewable area so I can live with that.
Pleson has redesigned their screen protector. It's supposed to be wider. They won't ship until the 7th. So in 5-10 days I'll give an update. I have one now. It doesn't stick around the top speaker.
I'm using the Pleson now myself. Also problems with sticking up top but otherwise looks decent.
I hate the visible gap at the edge of the protector where it shows the screen. Hard to describe so hope that makes sense.
They just sent me the updated version, should have in 5 days. Offered it free of charge after leaving an Amazon review.
I think the new one is going to have a bad halo on the sides but we shall see.
The packaging and included prep stuff is top notch...just wish it covered more.
I am not having any issues with pleson sticking the only issues I have is that it is slightly short on the edges like hairline short.
They said they will send me an updated version which is 1.5mm wider.
I have the supershieldz. Not happy with them. They are exactly the width of the viewable area of the screen. Loose in all the corners and around earpiece.
What exactly is halo? I've been searching and searching for a glass screen protector that covers the entire viewable area of the screen, but have had no luck. Thus far, I've purchased the Zagg Invisishield + and the Spartan Shield. The pictures posted of the Pleson look promising
I have the SuperShieldz and it covers with ZERO halo effect. It fits perfect. Just maybe about 1mm of gap all around, but it covers my whole screen perfectly.
