Hi, i need help to my sony z ultra.. I bought it w/o any google services.. Bought it from middle east.. Its not rooted and its bnew, i tested it under water it works fine aside from no google services, i only way i can dl apps is trough apk only.. I tried to dl google play apk etc but when i open it, it will forced to stop.. Pls help me i want to get google services back.. :crying:

Thanks for using XDA Assist Check if any update is popping up or anything which shows that app needs update possibly this is because of outdated play services if nothing works try a factory reset and see it apk gives FC because currently google play is updated to lollipop

The only update popping is album and video only thats all.. i tried to reset it many times but the update is only on album, music, camera, video only..

Hey guys, i've got a strange problem with my google maps on android phone. Please read below.
Hardware: Samsung Galaxy S Bell's Vibrant, Spike 5.1 Speed mode
Problem: Doesn't work standart Maps app. How i said before it's really strange, because IT WAS WORKING 1 week ago with no problems and now it doesn't :/ When i'm clicking on the app icon everything i get is a blank Maps screen like this:

And nothing... No reaction for pushing any buttons, i can just use the home button to get back on my desktop screen. So, i can't understand where the roots of this problem, because i didn't do anything danger with my phone during this time. So might it depends of any software? Here's the log of programs i installed during this time: (Also was Adfree, but i uninstalled it first, because thought this problem appeared because of Adfree):
What i tried:
- Tried Uninstall/Install
- Tried find all garbage of Maps app and clean it (using by Root explorer)
- Tried restore the system using Clockwork addon (yesterday's backup, i haven't early one :/ )
So here's my problem . Any Ideas how to resolve it?

I am using Gionee gpad g2 Android jellybean rooted. Everything is working fine except my Google drive crashes and even refuses to open. I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling after clearing cache but the problem remains same. Even I factory reset phone then virus scan it then clear app data but of no use . I am attaching screenshot please help...[emoji20]

I am thinking it's an issue with your Drive account maybe.... You seem to have tried all the right steps.... You will have to ask for help here and hopefully someone has other ideas,

When I login from web browser everything is working fine. But it refuses to even open in android. Is jellybean a problem ?? As far as I know drive supports 4.1
My friends who use 4.2 or 4.4 they have no problem.
I am totally confused. I have lots of backups there

download the zip file and transfer it to your device
step 2 !
switch of the phone , hold power + home + vol up
step 3 !
install , reboot
step 4 !
go to play store and search for sony music and update it !
or go to playstore>menu>my apps and games and update it !
now you are done you can go and download other sony apps from play store like album ... calendar ... etc.
Note !
It only works on cm12 and above
it may work on motion test and let me know !
its recommended to remove other music players !

Since the app to install Google is malware I wouldn't trust anything that is installed by it. GMS core services are supposed to be system apps not user space apps so these Google APK files this app is installing are NOT legit Google apps. Since Huawei is providing the unlock code for the mate 30, do it the right way and get the real gapps, not this hacked Chinese bull****
better wait for better options. im currently using mate 20 pro. and interested in upgrading to mate 30 pro.. waiting only on the gms issue and work around.
Seems the door to install Google apps may have been closed today.

Hi guys my YouTube/flash/camera has stopped suddenly after I have installed a flashlight app from Google play because my phone was less than 5 percent battery and I nedded the flash directly after I runed the app flash and camera stopped and the I have noticed YouTube have stopped and its it's like have no internet access cuz I have and speed meter app and when I launch YouTube no internet usage detected

I have tried all ways from resetting, installing a rom all these doesn't get a result for YouTube now I have installed YouTube vancer app and it works properly but flash and camera not working.
Now I doesn't have any access to camera from any app Facebook Instagram WhatsApp can't upload an status either by sharing it from gallery directly
And in video calls getting black screen and don't know if the other answered the call or no
Please if any one facing this problem please help getting this out and if it's an s virus how to delete it thanks
Strange. Have you tried to close all apps and restart the phone?
If the issue persists, maybe you have to do a factory reset. Make sure to backup all your data before.
