For me, USSD worked in sim 1. I will take a look onto those boot logo & boot Animations.

Hey can you upload the list of files that sagar asked from stock ROM. its 8.2mp maybe bcoz i provided files from my stock ROM . If its showing 13 mp in ur cm12.1 ROM then I guess your files will solve 13 mp issue.

You canot flash ui
my note 4 916k after install this rom not save pass wifi when turn off or reboot and alway pop up notification securicty alert

Is there anyone here facing "Corrupted" Portable Storage on N910K after installing this fine ROM? But when I get back to TWRP, my ext sdcard still readable. Any help? Thank you.

I have a question... I need to know if this rom have theme support and also if can be flashed on the N910H exynos model... I dont want a bootloop or a brick because of trying it... so if some one already test it on a N910H/C device can tell me please...
