Hi,
after installing the newest OTA update on my OPO there is an issue with character encoding in Office Mobile, some characters are displayed as empty rectangles. Before the update it was working fine and I believe there was no update to the Office Mobile since then. Is is a problem with the application? Or could be caused by using a font that doesn't support these characters? I tried changing it via the theme selector in the Settings but no dice.
Screenshot (it's Czech in one column – displays just fine — and Chinese pinyin in the other).

well, this may sound somewhat strange, but I'd like to ask anyway:
is there a way to edit the symbols on the IME (keyboard) to something else (ie symbols or - what I want - Runes?

in the picture, you see the actual runes (red) and some similar signs (green). Is it possible to jam this into an alternative keyboard language for the default htc IME?
Hello, I have a problem with emoticons:
I'm on a Nexus 5 running android 5.1, when I send a sms with emoticons, my friend can only see white squares.
On his old samsung phone, he has got these emoticons:

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
How can I get these so that we can both display emoticons?
EDIT: Is there a way to convert text emoji into graphical equivalents like this?
Thank you
SOLVED
Found this app that called 8sms does what I want.
It also comes in beta with Material Design. You can check it out here.
It works great on Lollipop 5.1
Hi @all
I am using the cyanogen around one year and before (I think) the last update to cm-13.0-20160419-SNAPSHOT-ZNH0EAO2O0-bacon.zip everything works fine for me (I am in Germany and using german Telekom network). Not real sure, but I think it starts with the last update I have a real bad download speed and some Apps are unable to load the content.

I think this ! is an indicator for a modem (ore whatever) problem.
any help / any idea how to fix this problem?
I have seen that Blackberry devices running android OS (Priv/Dtek) have a very interesting recent apps / multitasking layout
The layout is called masonary - which gives big and small windows of all the recent types. This is quite different frmo the Rolodex in Marshmallow.
A youtube video demonstrating same :

My question to our developers : how can we get this type of recent apps view on our phone?
Many Thanks for your replies

Because of work, I usually use the rectangle feature of the smart select section on the edge screen to crop the image as well as extract text to translate it. But after Pie update, it cant recognize another languages like before such as Chinese, only English but sometimes it even couldnt. Do you guys know any fixes? thanks
