Hi, I have XT1032 UK with stock LP 5.02 and only have a linux OS at home.
Is there a guide or tools how to root LP on linux and install custom recovery ?
Thanks in advance.

You should define "safe". If what you mean is a solid fully functional phone then it is safe.
But please read the guide first, it is stated that soak test cannot be downgraded and there is a possibility you're not receiving official Lollipop
2 noob questions
Is any kernel out for GPE 5.0.1?

Not still motorola need to release kernel source.
Yeah mostly gpe would be getting 5.1 ya 5.2 as it will fix most bugs present in 5.0

You should be able to find in XperiFirm.
You need "Flashtool" for flashing firmwares.
Thanks a lot, I got it

I am about to flash the .93 Kitkat Rom in order to Root my phone, now after doing that can I flash To a pre rooted Lollipop Rom directly or I have to flash the .77 Rom first? Please advice

Root on .93
Install dual recovery
Flash a pre-rooted lollipop zip
That's it. If you flash another rom via flashtool after rooting you will lose root
Thanks bro, appreciate the help

I've read through a majority of this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/orig-development/recovery-twrp-touch-recovery-2-8-2-0-t2966129
and I have a question before i go doing something stupid. I just got the G3 and have it rooted. My details are:
Android: 5.0.1
Kernel: 3.4.0
Build Number: LRX21Y
Software Version: D85020f
Stock Recovery
So can i use Flashify to flash TWRP from the thread and be done with it? Or has the game changed with lollipop and this can not be done this way?
Thanks.
No o thought you can twrp by flashfy but its risky
