Hi
First of all sorry for my poor English.
I just got the phone and unfortunately I realized that does not vibrate , It does not vibrate at power and even when I go into recovery, I tried to make a hard reset but nothing , today I also got the update to the 12s but nothing yet.
There are other tests that can be done or I have to send in warranty ?
Thanks
Check all vibration settings in Settings /Sound. Check all vibration options and then check.

Hello,
As per the question above, what do I need to purchase from here:
http://www.asusparts.eu/index.php?cPath=222155_222301
to replace the Power Botton and internal on/off switch. Is it the whole motherboard or something easily replaced? I tried contacting the company but they don't offer assistance in that area. Their parts list is in the link above.
Thanks folks.
I think you need this board:

Asuspart no:
60-OK06DT2000-C01 EP101 DAUGHTER_BD./AS (WO/3G) 11.33€ Excl. VAT
But for 100% accuracy you need open your TF and look at small label on power switch board, then find the same code on Asusparts.eu website.
Hope that help you!
Much thanks!

Oh nevermind....I realized that I had force RTL option enabled in Developer Options
Hahaha!
I never knew about that setting.
I want the moderator to ban me.

Ha ha ha, you have faced the same problem like me. I don't know where the exact setting is, but I know a way to get rid off this problem.
Simply give a factory reset to your phone. The problem will be solved.

Reset your device to factory setting.
Yesterday I found a black spot on the picture that was taken by the back camera and in all apps.

So then I power off and did not touch it, and in the morning the spots have changed direction.
I tried to shaking the phone but it does not change anymore. = =
**I used a lens protector all the time, but when removed it the problem still exists.
Does anyone know what that cause is ??
How do I solve this problem or RMA is the only way ? :crying:
Help me please.

That sucks dude, honestly the only way to fix that is to RMA your device, and I definitely would. I've seen a lot of pointless RMA's being discussed here at XDA, but if my camera had any type of problem I would send the phone back.
Recently Talked to tech on Sprint, but she said she could not find info on how to put it back in menu. Today I talked to someone and she directed me through settings, uh duh, sorry, but I can do that. Is there any way about getting it back up there?

Has anyone encountered these issues? I just bought it and was working fine until the automatic update got downloaded and installed.
after the update the upper right corner of my screen is now flickering and have this weird lockscreen while charging
tried force restart / factory reset / clear cache still the same.
would the warranty get voided if i try to reflash the update via odin? I have no time to return it on the store it would be best if i could reflash to try and check if it was a corrupted updated.

There don't look good, I'm not expert on photos, but what I can see, that need replacing, sorry about that.
flashing shouldn't void the warranty as far as I know, Some cases users are suggested to flash using smart switch (samsung's tool/app that is very much like odin) just be sure that you are using the correct software version.
also, you could try visiting authorized repair center to get the display checked.
