Hey all - anyone have a working default LG email widget available in Nova Launcher? I seem to be missing mine. The Stock Launcher works ok though...
No stock widgets will work on Nova or Apex. Not sure about other launchers.

Has anybody found a light launcher that works fine with this screen's size ? For instance Apus is not suitable....
I use Google launcher witch GEL xposed module for the grid size.

Nova Launcher is always very good ... my opinion

Can you explain this a little more? I love google launcher, but only four icons now seems silly with this big screen!
Aviate launcher is a must for me.

I use Apex Launcher with Ubuntu Apex Theme which I like, only one thing that annoys me ... it's the EMUI back and home button reverts back to the EMUI launcher. How can I change that?

Go to Settings>Manage Apps>Default Apps Settings>Launcher>Change it to your launcher.
I did that but it keeps reverting back to emui launcher.

Protected apps too + Enable on startup management. Reboot eventually.
No problem with Nova Launcher
Hey, so I installed nova launcher prime and I can't find the photo/video gallery widget like the stock launcher has. (Where you can see your album on the home screen and scroll through etc..) Anyone else experiencing this or know a solution?

You can't use Sony widgets on non stock launcher. (or it was like this)

I dont know mate, i use stock launcher because of this widgets.
Hey guys I've been getting my phone set up to just hope I like it I'm using the stock weather widget but it doesn't show my location is there a way i can fix this ?? I'm using Nova launcher btw
Check under
Settings-->apps-->advanced settings-->authorize apps-->location
if the weather app has the permission for your location
How did you managed to get that emui widget with Nova?
Not sure tbh it I was looking through the widgets in Nova launcher and it was there
Hello! I would like to ask if there's a way I can place the default widgets of S8 when using Nova launcher prime?
For example: Samsung Notes widget
I can't get the original widget, I can only place a bar-like ugly widget bcos of Nova Launcher.
