INSTRUCTIONS:
1. FIRST DOWNLOAD THE ROM AND PLACE IT IN THE SD CARD OR INTERNAL STORAGE
2. REBOOT TO RECOVERY BY PRESSING VOL+ ,VOL- AND POWER BUTTON AT THE SAME TIME
3. WIPE DATA FACTORY RESET , WIPE CACHE, AND WIPE DALVIC CACHE
4. SELECT INSTALLL ZIP FROM SD CARD AND SELECT THE ZIP FILE YOU DOWNLOADED
5. WAIT FOR THE INSTALLATION TO FINISH AND IF YOU WANT MAXX AUDIO MOD ... INSTALL IT AFTER THE ROM INSTALLATION
6. REBOOT
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY ENJOY

Go back at the first page of the CWM recovery and choose install .zip from SDcard
Choose BAIDU.XOLOA700.zip
Install It

Instructions:

Reboot to CWM using the CWM installer app
Factory Format/ Clear Cash
Additionally wipe cash partition
Choose the flash file and install.
If it does not reboot automatically, reboot system

It is much smoother and faster with lots of features.
It is beta version so some functions are not working.
