[Q] SM-G915A Downgrade from OC6 (5.0.1) - Note Edge Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

First of all, forgive me if this question exists, but I wasn't able to find it anywhere.
I stupidly took the OTA for lollipop as stated in the title and would like to downgrade in the hopes of helping to achieve root for this device. I was not able to find the firmware anywhere, so, if someone can point me in the direction of what route to take, it would be greatly appreciated. If it doesn't exist anywhere, how could I go about either getting the files created or downgrading?
Thank you in advance.

[Q] Need help unlocking Exhibit 1 halfway done

Hello guys it's been a while since last time I enter this forum I came back because I need help unlocking an Exhibit sgh-t759.
I choose the method where you copy the nv_data file in the computer and that is where I'm stuck now.I have the file but don't know exactly where and what to look for.I can even send the file to someone who knows how to decipher the unlock code. Thanks in advance.
ps. sorry if I posted in wrong section can't find a section for this particular phone.
If it's the Exhibit 4G, that'd be here. If not... well, this isn't the 959... it's the 959V. The 959 is the Vibrant... you can try and see if someone there can get you sorted out.
Sorry there is no section for this model, moved to Android Phones and hacking
Still looking for a way to unlock

ZV9 Root?

New to rooting, just trying to find out how to root 5.1.1 ZV9. I've seen ZV6/ZV8 but don't want to do something not made for this version. Help would be appreciated!
(I apologize for any confusion my English is not so strong yet.)

I don't have an SD card, so the step 11 dump code isn't working, is there an alternate dump code to point it directly at the phones root folder instead of an SD card?

MetroPCS Stock Firmware

I have a MetroPCS Galaxy S7 with firmware G930T1UVS3APD2. I was wondering of there's a way to dump it so I could revert to stock if I don't decide to keep root. I have looked around online and can't seem to find a copy anywhere. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
I was able to figure out how to get it using this tutorial. http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f777/download-samsung-firmware-belongs-his-serial-number-2038404/

[AT&T Galaxy Tab E] Is there any way to root my device?

I have an AT&T Galaxy Tab E (SM-T377A) and I need to root it, but I haven't been able to find any guides or .tar files to flash. I have found guides for the sprint version (SM-T377P), but I'm afraid that will screw something up if I try it.
Is it even possible?
Thanks for the help.
Not that I'm any help...
But I've got the same device and up against the same issue. I read on TECH Advisors web page and it suggested stumproot.org to root it. But I installed it and followed all the instructions but says my device isn't supported. So I believe our devices are too new....hope you find a way though and if so please let me know.
I'd like to know if there 's a way to root it, I recall seening a thread where you would have to downgrade to LP just to get it rooted, but that comes with risk and I like the marshmallow rom much better, so I hope that there's a way soon

Samsung J727VPP (Verizon) Root

Hello everyone,
I just made the switch from Apple to Android, and I have been looking into rooting my phone. Unfortunately, I can not find any way to get this phone to be rooted. I've tried Kingroot and looking for the firmware, but I can't seem to find it.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to getting this thing rooted? Or explain why it can/can't be rooted? The searching for answers is making my head spin.
J727vpp root
I ha d a friend that had a black sm-j727vpp and he was able to root it using magisk and a file he downloaded from xda. I read a while back that the phone has a flexible bootloader. Ive been searching but haven't been able to find the file on the site anymore..
Have you tried the current magisk?
