Any way to automatically make brightness to say 70% when viewing Videos / Youtube / FB Videos / Photos being viewed from any source.
Can the system detect that there is video being played on screen or photos being displayed on screen and up the brightness to 70% (configurable).
QucikPic has this option but only if you are viewing them from QuickPic. Does not work on Youtube, FB or any other source
Thanx.

Is there any way to set the photo viewer (when pressed in the camera app) showing photos that are taken from the camera only?
The photo viewer shows all photos accessed by the phone in chronological order. It is annoying that I capture phone screen frequently and the camera apps shows the screenshot also within the camera.
Can expect disaster will happen if I download some porn photos and forget to delete
When I record videos for Snapchat they record fine on my end but when I posted them they playback with part of the screen being green. Like half of screen is completely green. This also happens when I do live video on periscope. The viewers see the bottom part of the video green. When I try to record videos with the Instagram app, it fails to record. Any help??? I have stock kit kat. I have the 2gb Mate 7.
It's a bug with the KitKat ROM, it's fixed in the Lollipop beta.
I currently use my G6+ to do all my video recording work for my YouTube channel. I fell in love with the snap movie mode in the video camera options because it let me record snippets throughout the day and save them all into a short video file so later I can edit on my computer. I have searched and searched and cannot find an app in the play store that can do this. Almost all video apps can record and pause but the moment you close the app or go to home screen or screen off, the current video is automatically saved as a video file and next time you use the app it starts a new video. I don't want 70 different video clips to edit each day, I want an app that can start and stop at the press of a button and keep those recordings in the same video timeline until I am finished to where I can then save as a final video. I really would like to upgrade to the G7 or V35 but from what I understand the snap movie feature was removed.
My reason for using LG phones is the wide angle camera and Snap Movie.
Is it possible to get this feature back with a newer device? Anyone know of an app that can do what I am asking?
Thanks again for the help!

Looking for something like this for so long.
Thank you.
I really like the ability to create thumbnails for your videos by inserting a picture into the same folder as the video and giving it the same name. This is a 2 part post.
Question: What is the exact aspect ratio that the app crops to? This way I can make thumbnails that fit perfectly in the preview.
Request: It would be great if you could pause the video, hit the menu button and in the options was an option to create a thumbnail of the frame you are on with the built in ratio and everything. I know this is a pretty specific feature and I am find with screen capturing and creating my own thumbnails but I figure I would give this a mention.
