Cm 12

The short answer is 'yes', but there's some pretty big caveats.
The bare CM12 trees for apexqtmo are rather broken, and even TeamApexQ's repos currently audio is broken, but it does build. CM12.1, the answer is currently 'no'.

As far as I know, there is currently no official CM support for the Relay starting with 12.0. TeamApexQ has made a release of Lollipop (Android 5.0.2) based on CM 12.0 (Our unofficial builds are referred to as 'FatToad') for the relay, there is no official CM support a this time. I believe another group has done a 5.0.2 release (Validus) which is official for their image.

Thank you very much for answering ...
Then it means that Validus is being updated to improve it?
Saludos... :good:

Those roms aren't updated for a while.

This is a pure AOSP 5.0 - Lollipop - build compiled from source .
I would highly recommend it to be used only by developers and advanced users.
The build just completed and am uploading the image files for you to do whatever you please.
The idea is to get it out there so others can take a look and use it to make it better.
Please give your comments and updates if you do plan to use it on your device.
ADVISORY -
First build -likely to be highly unstable.
I am not responsible for any damages caused whatsoever.
This is for test purposes only, however it should work well.
I am out of town for next 24 hrs.. therefore can't provide too much hours into it as of now. Will await all of your responses.
images uploading - Links soon..

It would be great if you could provide us with the link to the gapps thatworks with this rom best and a little intructions on how to flash it for noobs friendly if they choose to proceed with the flashing of this dev rom.
Awesome! Thank you.

CM12.1 build error
Hi mikegapinski, I'm trying to build cm12.1 but got error when repo sync..
Kernel source aren't already into staging/cm12.1 branch, so I'm using AOSP source but still got error..
I'm doing right with kernel or not? Thank for your good work
Why doesn't CM autoupdate to 12? I'm using CM 11 and it shows up as updated. I tried manually checking for updates and no luck. :\
Thanks, updating now.
Set up CM-12.1 yesterday with build 20150327, looks like everything works just fine on my nexus 5. Bluetooth, Telephony, SIP-Telephony, SMS, WLAN works normal.
1st I flashed bootloader and radio from Google Factory Image 5.1.0 (LMY47I), the I did a factory reset, cache wipe and dalvik whipe in ClockworkRecovery, next thing I did was sideload build 20150327 and gapps-5.1.x-20150324-minimal-edition-signed.zip

Thanks for giving ur time highly obliged

Now that a few people are trying to port CM to the Mi4i, I wonder what it takes that it will be officially "supported" by CM?
can i request for official support form custom recoveries like TWRP 1st instead of jumping to custom rom development??

CyanogenMod 12: When?

Hello guys! I will just know if devs are working to get cm12 for this device. On GitHub all components sources are updated for ll. When we will see cm12? I also will try to build lollipop.
SpeedMod team said that ace plus will never receive lollipop because they always get a bootloop, but you can try! Or it will be better if you can try to compile a miui v6/v7 based on kitkat ?
Thanks for your reply. I will try to compile OmniRom 5.0 when I have time
Update: I'm working on CyanogenMod 12. For now I got errors trying to compile a boot.img... Stay tuned for updates.

We will wait for other news, but in my opinion it's very difficult that lollipop can boot on the ace plus. Ps: you can try to ask if you need help the speedmod team they are italian. ( in bocca al lupo )
Go for it!! You can do this!!
I'm waiting nearly impatiently for any news on this (just registered to post this )
if you need help, please let me know.
Well, I strongly suggest to establish some kind of collaboration with other MSM7227A-based devices' communities in order to benefit each other of the progresses:

I don't have this device but, there is no Official LineageOS released yet for the N8020 (p4notelte).
There is, however, work being done for this device by the Official Lineage Team as seen by the following link.
https://github.com/LineageOS/android_device_samsung_p4notelte-common
This just means that you will have to be patient and an Official LineageOS will eventually be released. The Lineage Team never provides ETA's either.
I hope I had answered your question...
Good Luck!

I DO NOT provide support via PM unless asked/requested by myself. PLEASE keep it in the threads where everyone can share.
asking for GT-N8020 update in 2018
Its a shame because N8020 looks so similar to P600 model. in fact all linage rom 14 and above cater to P60x models. Wish there was at least one which did a marshmallow or nougat rom.
The one from Github can not be used ?
There is a thread here.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/ga.../rom-lineageos-14-1-adapted-gt-n8000-t3822083
It must be this ?
https://wiki.lineageos.org/devices/lt03lte
Its flashable, but...
Seems that there is problems with GPS, SIM and Bluetooth if you read the thread on XDA
https://www.android-hilfe.de/forum/...s-14-1-gt-n8000-gt-n8010-gt-n8020.899939.html
here you can download my version for the n8020 with working ril and all other functions .
