[GAME][2.2+]Arc Ball

Hello everyone
We've created a game for Android OS based on Unity Game Engine. The game itself is rather simple, gameplay is inspired by the father of all arcade games - PONG. We're aware of the fact that the Arc Ball won't conquer Google Play and we won't be so successful as Rovio, but the creating process of our game took a few days and working on Arc Ball was a valuable experience for us.
Our game offers mechanics which are characteristic for arcade games. You can curve the ball accordingly moving the paddle just before the ball touches it, you can post your highest score and check it in application itself or on our website (top 15 scores). You can also play against your friend on one phone (CPU has three difficulty levels).
In future updates we want to create more diverse gameplay. Currently we're trying to implement mechanics from another classic game - Breakout.
Please share your opinion and leave a comment (here and on Google Play). It will help improve our game and make future releases better.

You've made a great game. I was surprised when I realized it was actually an indie game, cause it looks very professional. Yet I think you could have made sound effects better. Anyways, if you plan on making more games, especially flash games, plz contact me I would love to publish it and make a review on my monkey games portal monkeygamesworld.com. Thanks for the review and I'm glad you enjoy the game! Nice to see a website dedicated to monkey games :laugh:
The sound effects was made from whatever I could record/mix myself combined with free stuff from the internet, unfortunately I never had any budget to spend on it. The game was made so it also should be playable on some low end phones when it was first released in 2013. Playing too many low compressed sound effects with music at the same time was a performance issue on some devices back then, perhaps not such a big issue any more.

Great game !!! Very good idea and very playable.
But I notice an issue when I press on back button on device, there show up popup "Do you really want to quit?" , next press home button , and next back to the game , there are two visible popups and one of them I can't hide. Sorry for my english

Ah! Thank you for pointing that out! It is now fixed and it will be included in the next update for Android.

[GAME][FREE][2.3.1+] Epic Ball Game: Space Soccer. Air hockey is dead?

Hi all!
This is confusing but there are many air hockey games out there that were rather popular a couple of years ago. Since then the mobile game market evolved so much! There are full-scale AAA games comparable to their PC analogs sharing top 10 positions with very simple games like Subway Surfers where you only need to swipe left-right and top-bottom. Following that logic there still has to be a place for air hockey games, which fall in-between.
As a gamer myself I found rather boring lots of classic air hockeys where you cannot touch a puck directly with your finger. In addition, I thought that it might become entertaining to have different tricks and weapons to avoid monotonous puck back and forth movements. Next, I wanted to replace a puck to something more interesting… maybe a ball? Finally, I wanted to play this game with my friends and with pretty anybody in the world… at least in the radius with affordable network latency. And there should be a possibility to easily invite players to combat with me. Oh, one more thing! While I am offline or just want to master my game skill, I want to see somebody. A paddle? No, it’s boring! Let it be some strange lively creature! And with all this stuff in mind a new game arrived just today to see the world – meet the Epic Ball Game: Space Soccer!
Since this forum is full of interesting people I wish to hear your opinion about this game – does it have a future?

- you did not provide the link
- the game title is different on the Play store than what you said in your post
- the graphic you put in your post has nothing to do with the game - there is no resemblance with the icon or the screenshots

The game seems well done. But I kind dislike the fact of using characters from a bunch of other companies and just do a "copy" of it. On top of that, the game is also too similar to clash of clans. So, in my point of view, it seems nice but I don't have any will of downloading it, as it lacks of creativity and basically "steal" solid characters approaches without adding anything new. It's only my opinion though.

I have completed my very first game entitled Super Dash Run! This is a game that I am very proud of. It took me countless hours and after about 5 month of developing and programming I have come up with the game Super Dash Run! Check it out: Google Play Store
View attachment 3281726To be honest the makers of Temple Run 2 who are located in Raleigh, NC was part of the inspiration that inspire to create mobile apps. Just like them my wife actually help me with this project and to bring it to life. Just to see all the sweat, tears, and hard work come to life is truly amazing.
The concept that went into the game is for me to try and take two running games and make it into one game. So I brainstorm on Subway Surfers and Temple Run 2 and that's when Super Dash Run was conceive. I have an book of awesome updates that I want to roll out each and every month within Super Dash Run. I believe you all will love Super Dash Run and if you don't like something please let me know. I am always listening to others and providing others with information as well.
