It Works For Both Lava Phones x1 or x5
Firstly Root Your Lava Phone
Here Is The Solution For Rooting Lava X5 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=55708234 And Download X-posed Installer From Google
Now Open And Install It And Reboot
Now Download Xblast tools For Kitkat From Google
And Install It After That Open Xposed Installer
And Click On Modules And Tick On Xblast tools
And Reboot
Now Open Xblast tool And Now Make Changes
What U Want Like Transparent Status Bar
Gud Luck

I use lava x1.I try to Transparent status bar with xblas tool.but some times later it goes to black again and again.what can I do now.

If you have Xposed framework installed, you can try any Xposed module.
Or you can use a Lollipop theme, like this one: Android L Theme and Apps for Micromax Unite 2 and other Kitkat devices.
Or flash a Lollipop themed custom ROM like this: [ROM] [-DarkL-] [A106] [V1.6] Micromax unite 2.

U can really search in Google for many working modules for A065
