Hello! I want to root my s3 mini (ANDROID 4.1.2) without a computer. It' a program who can do that? I try some aplications but it doesent work(framaroot, vroot, iroot, kingroot). PLEASE HEEELP ME!

Which "root access" in dev options do you mean?
You can use one of the root checker apps from Play store to check if your phone was successfully rooted.
