[i8262] stuck at bootloop, can't access both download and recovery mode - Samsung Galaxy Core

I flashed CoreX rom on my i8262 and added some modules via xposed. When I tweaked my status bar icons in xblast and rebooted, all the apps that has settings on it (Settings, Xposed, Xblast) started crashing. Rom Toolbox didn't so I immediately rebooted into recovery and reflashed the rom. I noticed that there's no progress in the reflash for 20 minutes already, so I decided to remove the battery. Now I'm stuck on bootloop, and I can't seem to enter recovery mode. As for download mode, since I got this phone, I can't enter download mode (even before the incident happened. It will show the warning screen, but when I let go of the hard keys it will start to reboot.
Hope someone can help me with this one. Thanks in advance, guys.

U should read the instruction

To enter the download mode, press the vol down + power + menu button together. Now as soon as the vibration starts, release the button. And you will be in the download mode.
Now flash recovery again and restore a backup

Having problems booting into CWM Recovery from off

I can boot to recovery from the OS. However, I can't boot to recovery via the 3 button combo.
I hold power and both volume buttons and then it keeps "restarting" looping through the AT&T screen. I then release the power button and hold the 2 volume buttons and it always boots to the OS.
What am I doing wrong. I've tried this a bunch now
Thanks,
JOe K.
P.S. I'm trying to reset the battery stats and I'm running Supernova 2.02b
3 button fix
Hi Joe,
I had this problem too. A lot of captivates have 3 button recovery disabled by default. To be able to use 3 button recovery you'll need to flash this 3buttonfix.zip (also fixes download mode) using clockwork mod or the recovery mod of your choice. Reboot you phone then turn it off and try starting recovery with the buttons.
The fix should stay even if you flash new roms, but if you flash to stock you'll need to reinstall the fix.
You are responsible for what you do to your phone, use at your own risk, etc. etc.
Best of luck,
DStan

[Q] Galaxy Player 4.0 stuck in recovery mode.

So here's the full story, as short as I can make it.
I got my brand new galaxy player 4.0 today.
I put klins rom on it, no problem until I realized I flashed the old rom.
So I figured no problem, I'll just factory reset, then redo the process with the new release of the rom.
I soft bricked shortly, but I was able to factory reset, but when it came back on, the home button didn't work, and none of the 3 button combinations worked (recovery mode, download mode)
So I downloaded an app to get me to download mode. I hit download mode, and it put me into the stock recovery, and the power button doesn't work. So now I'm stuck in recovery mode, no matter what I do. All that works is the menu button (doesn't help much) and the volume up/down which just lets me hover over the options, and not select anything.
Any help is GREATLY appreciated. Thank you so much.

Go to settings/about phone/ tap 7 times nuild number and a new option is shown/developer options/ enable advanced reboot from here or just download an app like rebooter to do this.

*URGENT HELP REQUIRED*
Rooted a core, then UnRooted it for software update.super su was installed but disabled and device was shown unroot succesful by framaroot.device status was official.then, i downloaded the update. The phone restarted and now it gets stuck at samsung logo,it just glows indefinitely. When pressing vol down and menu/home key and starting it shows custom os, volume up to continue, volume down to cancel and restart phone. When pressing down.again it gets stuck at samsung logo and when pressing up says to not disconnect and shows update and odin. Recovery mode by pressing vol.up and menu is also working. I have no backup. Screenshots below.

i think the fastest and easiest way to solve this is to flash stock rom using odin since you can get into dl mode.

The problem is i don't have my laptop with me. Is there any way to restore it via sdcard,or anything else,if not, will have to go to samsung service center,if it's the last choice.
Your idea of backing up on other core may be able to work, however, your bricked core needs to have cwm installed to restore the backup on which I am still not sure if it will work. The real quickest way to fix that is to flash the stock rom.
Sent from my GT-I8262 using xda app-developers app
It was under warranty and was showing official status. Gave it to samsung service centre. Thanks to all for their sincere help.

bricked s7 edge HELP!

hello
i fear i may have f##cked my phone and am panicking!
i installed a custom rom and the installation seemed to go well but aftetr when i rebooted it seemed to stay on the loading screen for ever even after multiple reboot attempts. anyway i messed around with it (not remembering what i done) and everytime i boot after it shows the s7 edge text it immediately loads a red screen. i have tried to get into recovery by holding home, power and vol up but again boots to red screen. i can boot into downloading mode by holding home, power, vol down.
so ive done some searching on google and it points to i need to flash stock rom with odin whilst in download mode. i got the stock rom for my model and attempting to flash but after sboot.img it fails. (screenshot attached).
please someone help!

That error means it's the wrong firmware. Flash the stock that was on it before you messed about with custom ROM.
Also please read ALL instructions when flashing custom ROMs, some take 15 minutes on first boot.
UPDATE
the error only happened as i wasnt flashing the very latest stock rom. downloaded from samsung website and now is working fine
phew
