wipe your cache.
uninstall unused app
move Data to Sd card .
factory data reset
If this is not oK, reinstall your rom.

Most likely it's because of something you did incorrectly.
-Are you using stock firmware or custom ROM? which build?
-what kernel did you use ( How did you root your G-Tab)?
-Did you play around with Titanium Backup or Gemini App Manager (Did you
freeze/block/disable autorun/uninstall any app that you thought it's not important)?
-You mention re-install them after crashing. After you re-install them, did the problem stop for those particular apps?
If you mess around with your system apps using some app manager, then you have to figure out what you did to which app (process) to break it - otherwise, YES you need to flash or do a recovery.
If you didn't mess around with your system apps and it's just happened after you root your G-tab, then YES, please do a factory reset wipe on recovery mode and see if it solves the problem, before you consult to the kernel developer. You may have installed an incompatible root script or kernel to your ROM/firmware.
If re-installing the apps solves the problem, then why not re-install them? It probably is the easiest solution.
Wipe:
- Dalvik Cache (app-cache?)
- Cache (app-specific settings?)
- Data/Factory Reset (everything that wasn't on the device to start with)
From Recovery either one at a time, or all of them if you don't mind loosing everything.

[Q] Wipe data and cache

I am getting desparate with my phone state SGS3, as funny things are happening like it suddenly goes crazy and opens apps after apps etc... Also applications that can not be traced, I am currently on 4.1.2 XXELL4 version, and I got advised to wipe data partition and cache, which as I understand it quite risky process of losing what I have, so do PLEASE inform is there a safe way, like you guys develop programs for us amateurs to do it automatically and safely, regaining our previous phone state?
My intention is to really get rid of junks I have on my phone and get a nice new obedient one I had before?
Thank you
You should make a backup of all apps and contacts ( for contacts you can sync with google) and then go into recovery mode and do wipe data factory reset and wipe cache partition. Finally do reboot system now and then reinstall the app backup and restore contacts.
I hope i help you and i wait for your news.
Hoping you have a recovery mode called cwm, and are aware of it,
You can wipe cache and data
It would get your phone back in state as if it were out of the manufacturer's factory!
All apps you've installed would be wiped out

Thank you so much for your reply, actually I do have CWM on my phone but when I run it is says it should be used with CF-CWM v1.1 or newer and that I am running different recovery and various features has been disabled, so I did not follow your advise yet, can you guide me in this matter also? the one I hace is CWM manger v3.60.
Further to that contacts I have backup but for the rest of my programs will Titanium Backup (not pro version) do for me to call back and restore all of it?
Waiting for you reply impatienly and thank you once more for your kindness
Still need HELP!!!

Also I tried to download the lates version of CWM from this site but it is ttf format and I was not able to install it. As I mentioned I wanted to install on the existing one, as when I unistall a program from my phone and try to install another one it says old version exists and does not install it.
Once more thank you and wishing you a very Merry Xmas and great New Year

Can you Please also consider my other questions and guide me accordingly, thank you and wishing you great New Year!
Use a higher version of cwm...I'm sure it would be floating around in xda
Also just do a factory reset from settings or flash a new rom that should solve the issue
And Use TB Pro ..(just a suggestion) much more useful and worth the price...That can restore app's data and app alone as you wish...

[Q] Clearing all data????.

Hi all,
I have installed and uninstalled loads of apps/games since buying my Note a month or so ago which has left loads of un-needed/unused files. I wanted to have a clear out but as I don't know which file is for which app etc I didn't want to just start deleting files to find out that I needed some of them. So I decided to do a factory reset as it says it erases everything. I ran through the set up again of my Note, went to MyFiles and see that all the data is still there. How do I totally clear everything so it is as though I have just bought it?. I did think about flashing stock rom from Sammobile to see if that did it, but that would mean having to root it again afterwards+ I have had the stock rom downloading for the last hour and it is only at 0.5/1.1GB. Seems very, very slow from sammobile.
Anyone have any ideas??
UPDATE:
Once the rom had downloaded from Sammobile I flashed via Odin but all the old files are still there!. Now I'm really confused....
If ou have CWM installed go to recovery, mounts and formatting and format sdcard(could be called emmc) DON'T format the ext card or you will loose everything, in fact, its a good idea to remove it so you don't accidently wipe it.

That worked a treat Thanks. Can't understand why that didn't get formatted when I did a factory reset or an odin Flash.
No problem mate...

Have you checked if SD Maid is compatible with Android 5.0? Maybe that is the problem
