hi i have htc m9 with demo flow rom. by following htcdev instructions i managed to unlock bootloader
i flashed twrp-recovery-2.8.6.0-hima-cptb and rooted the devise with UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.48
with help of sunshine managed to s-off then i done super cid all good till now

you are unlocked
just a flash a custom recovery from fastboot and flash a custom rom

have you enabled usb debugging mode from settings?
also don't forget to select fastboot from bootloader when you are connecting the device to the pc(in the screen should say fastboot usb)
by the way if you are trying to unlock the bootloader from htcdev site there is no need to because you are on S-OFF
do this ,flash 3.33 universal from here

and before flashing check md5 sums (important)

Sprint A9 - cyclic reboot after update

I'm having issues after OTA update to Android 6.1 for my HTC A9 Sprint.
After it only cyclic reboot (white screen with HTC)

Pls HELP! Flash TWRP without ROOT!

Hi guys!
I want to install Leedroid Rom on my HTC U12+ today.
So i first had to install magisk so i follow the instruction.
Then i had to install TWRP for magisk. Ok so i go to HTC DEV, unlock my bootloader and so on.
Then i boot TWRP without install it to run magisk.
Then i make a big mistake, i run the twrp recovery.img also in the bootet TWRP.
Maybe i install on system, not on vendor, not the other two options.
Then i reboot phone.
And there is the ****.
Its looping all the time.
So i power off and go to bootloader.
I think i had no OS now....nothing is there.....
I can now flash via fastboot and also start TWRP via fastboot boot comand.
But all i try to install a stock rom is failed.
So pls help me guys, im out of ideas now.......

With S-ON you have to relock bootloader!!!!

It was simpler! download version 1.53.401.5, rename it to 2Q55IMG.zip and copy to SD.Reboot in downloade mode and then volume. Complete installation is done without problems.

Htc one m9e stock rom loading problem.

Hi 1.10.709.2 himar asia stock room was installed on my device, I installed twrp 3.0.2-1 and installed supersu, they worked fine. Then I installed 2.32.401.1 hımar europe here, when I canceled the data binding password when I canceled, the storage appears to be zero and then the system did not open. I could not find a solution with my research.

I am trying to recover an HTC one a9.
It is locker bootloader. s-on.
It doesnt seem to have any rom installed.
so I only have access to fastboot.
I can't unlock it as it seems oem unlock is disabled.

I think my only option is to to flash RUU.
I found few links for the correct RUU file for CID HTC__247. bot all results in a ZIP signature checking failed error.
I tried from sd card of using fastboot. always the same with files from different sources.
