[Q] Any requirements for Kyrillos's rom ?

I've never installed any roms on my device but i've rooted it.

Sorry it's a french version of my configurations but i think this is not a problem ^^
I want to install Kyrillos's rom 10.6 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1431393
Do I need to install any Kernel before installing Kyrillos's rom ? Or do I need to unroot my phone ?

There are no requirement for installing a ROM. Just read the installation guide before you start.

But this rom is a android 2.3.x and I have 2.2 froyo, will the rom work ?
Do I need to install a kernel after the rom ?
Do I need to unroot my phone beforce doing anything ?

[Q] need a rom

hello i just rooted my phone and installed recovery cwm so far so good bu i cant find a custom rom now to install on the phone because when i look i see so many different names of the mtk6589 that im confused which one to download and install please can someone point me into the right direction ive got htc which run wildchild and s4 mini original with pac man on it but this one is causing me problems please please please advise asap thanks in advance to you all

Help regarding custom ROM (slimrom)

Am here to get suggestion how do I flash this slim ROM in my rooted mobile!
1. Is there I need to get my own mobile optimized slim ROM ?
2. Can I flash any slim ROM in my device?
3. Am on 4.0.4 and is flashing higher version slim ROM cause any problem?
4. Will these process make my phone bricked?
5. Is there Any thread or link that explains about the procedure to flash custom slim ROM ? In my android mobile?

Okay thanks, So I thin k I have a little problem. I install xposed framework with the zip file via the recovery and when I open the Xposed Installer apk it says there is no framework installed.
Any Idea?

First there have to be a stable cm/aosp
Then maybe there can be a patchrom...

For i9100 miui was based on touch wiz 4.1.1 if I remember correctly... I think it is because no one is doing serious modding so miui team does not care to appear in this section of the forum...
