Title says all! I need a tester to test this base touchwiz rom for me. I'm not responsible for damages but you should be fine if you know how to get out of bootloops.
Basically, if this base rom works, I will open a development thread and people can use this base and modify things as they would like and make their own custom rom without hassling with updater script. Also, if this base rom works, I will *maybe* make a custom rom for this device. Though I don't own this device, I have made many custom roms and also custom themes for devices I don't own.

it boots and runs smooth... it hangs up at the first screen no boot animation makes the boot sound then waits.., but it's does boot. What is the difference between this rom and stock roms?

Its just a test rom making sure I didn't mess things up. Thank you very much for testing BTW! I will add a few things such as deknox it and do a lot more.
This is a base rom for any dev to use and add their own mods. Since you confirmed it working, I will create two development threads, one for this base in which devs can mod, one for when I start to add things to this rom and make it my own.
I will definitely add some sort of custom bootanimation, debloat a bit and bunch more. I saw that superstocked rom hasn't been updated due to dev probably have real life issues. It will be something similar to that but not to fancy.

BTW, I forgot, does the reboot animation/shutdown etc and all that show up after a few reboots?

Ok one last last thing this time. Install this bootanimation and see if animations are working. It should work fine even though it saids T2xx as Tapatalk wouldn't let me change the thread name. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=60071415 thanks for your feedback!

Shutdown works but boot animation still doesn't load.. I know it's not the qmg it's a different error in your rom... I've seen it happen before but I don't know why I'm not a developer.. also in your rom page you say first boot takes 20 mins... it like 3 mins but 5 at most....

I tried this rom. I like it, but when it "sleeps" or screen is off, it's like the whole phone is turned off and won't come back on. weird

just flashed. setcpu does fc. im oc'd @ 1.19. but no problem with the animation not working.
Unwilling be posting in like 20-30 minutes sorry had to go get some food. They will be 1-100 for the png and I will update to lithids newest build when I get home in like 20-30 minutes.

The issue becomes that when you overclock it causes the animations to wake lock and not let the device sleep.

Have to download adb. I did go through the process again with a factory reset and a cache wipe, same results, i do however hear the start music in the background, but it still just sticks on the galaxy tab 2 screen.

Seems to be fixed. Installed and booted right up. Havent done much with it, but there doesnt seem to be any scroll lag like i was experiencing with stock. Will let you know if i find any other issues.

Yep, flashed my tab back to stock rom. Really a big difference now.
Wonder how samsung can ship such a ****ty and lagging stock rom to customers.

Sorry, samsung has put the kernel modules into the ramdisk and not into /system/lib/modules where they should be. -.-

Have the same issue. If the USB cable is plugged in then it works fine, but once the cable is unplugged, if you lock it then it will reboot.

most custom roms have this problem i almost tried all p3100 roms and they are all the same prob.. i didnt find a fix too
The only solution is to use Next kernel.
That's it... There is nothing else...

if ur going to flash next kernel version 2.1.2 "leastet version"
you will not need to edit built.prop... just intall stweaks from play store
and go to gpu, and in the last option which have portrait change it to landscap done
btw dont forget to Flash the proprietary-vendor-samsung.zip after flashing next kernel
PS : that will also fix the CRT effect if you are using a rom with this feature !

That worked great with Blackhawk NEXT Kernel (2.1.2). I'm surprised that other kernels, including CM's own, doesn't work with this fix.

I know it's been a minute or two, but I got it working.
I'm up to cm11 and I flashed the Blackhawk Next kernel and now my boot ani is back to normal!!! Yipee!!!! It's been off center for about a year now and it's quite a relief to have it centered again!!! WOOT WOOOOOOOOOT!!!!
Latest 10.2 nightlies as well as latest cm11 builds have already solved that matter.
As of now, boot animation looks ok with no modifications needed...

New to the OnePlus 3 scene but been around for a while. Made a little mod to add pixel navbar and animation to this phone. Have been wanting something like this since I got it and haven't seen anyone post it for OOS so here we go!
As always, you do this mod at your own risk so make sure you backup your rom. Also, I have only tried this on FreedomOS so please tell me if it works on others (it should since I didn't see any mods that messed with the systemUI) This works with stable builds, beta is missing some new qs tiles.
Back up your ROM first!!!

Yeah, at work right now so I won't be able to for a while. You could also just flash your ROM.

Flashed this on Experience v18 based on OB13.
Everything works except I lost the new Data Network speed introduced in OB13.
I guess this happened because this MOD is based on old system UI (<OB13)

Either reflash your ROM or restore backup. I haven't had time to get back to this. Work has me flooded and I don't even have time to mess with my OP3T. Also replaced my laptop with a surface book and haven't set it up with the proper environment nor does it run Linux well yet.

Yeah sorry it wasn't meant to sound like a bad comment or so. I love the animation and everything on the nav bar. It's just that something weird happens to my OP3 when you install it, some other animations on the phone disappears.. Like the new charging animation and so. But thank you for the mod, always appreciated!
