my moto e 1st gen OS has got accidentally deleted, i rooted my phone, i have twrp recovery , how do i get back my phone to normal stage?? pls help me

Hepl me guys.. i've tried to install cyanogen mod on my moto g but somehow i've wiped evrytng and now the twrp recovery says "no os to boot" is there any way i can solve this.? Also there is no recovery in the internal storage..plz help me out,.:crying::crying::crying:

I unlocked the bootloader of my moto g and flashed it with 4.4.4 of Brazilian version thn updated to lollipop! Thn i planned to change my moto g to custom rom and tried but the recovery option always booted normally into the system! So I tried downgrading the mobile t with 4.4.4 Brazil version ! But hab check for boot is getting failed and moto g wont boot up but constantly restarting and showing android in stress! Help plz
after OTA update my moto e is dead no recovery no boot loader please help i searched for blanflash for moto e but not found on internet
i had previously install pure nexus rom 7.1.2 in my moto e 2015 surnia it was working well.Later i opened twrp to again install the custom rom zip but i cant install any custom rom now in twrp mode neither i can wipe the data in twrp mode when i start my phone it directly enters twrp mode and gets sttuck at the logo. Even i cant acess twrp installation. Please could any one help me in fixing this problem??
