[Q] Branded Xperia J

Hello guys
I have Xperia J witch is SIM locked and network branded.
In my Bootloader unlock allowed says NO, so is it possible at this time to unlock bootloader some way on there is still no solution for this?
I know this phone is new and development is in early stages and there is no much information on the web.
Is it still possible to ROOT and flash custom recovery if bootloader is locked?
Thanks
You can try to root it first. There are no CWM or custom Rom for J at this moment.

[Q] Xperia J SIM unlock

I have a Sony Xperia J locked to a network.
First, what can I do to remove the "lock"? If I flash a stock FW (normal version instead of the network company version)? Or can I remove without flashing a fw?
Sorry if this question is somehere answered but I couldn't find nothing "safe" enough for me to risk do something on the phone.
Thanks in advance.
Cheers
You can't unlock it with flashing, you need unlock code to unlock it, or go to some local mobile shops that can unlock phones. There's no free way.
Good Luck.

I'm going to risk with this question: is there a way (some guide in xda) to find an unlock code?
Nope. Not XDA, not on net. Sorry. I got mine unlocked when my contract ended.

[Completed] [Q] Xperia M C1905

Okay, Im New In Sony. I Use Xperia M C1905 Since Last Year. And Now, My Warranty Had Expired. So I Decided To Unlock My Bootloader. And I Can Do It As Well. After Unlock Using Fastboot Command, I Try To Reboot My Phone But The Phone Stuck On The Bootloop. After I Flash Kernel To 4.3 Boot.img The Phone Turn On. Then I Check Whether My Bootloader Had Unlocked Or Not But The System Shows That My Bootloader Unlock : Yes. I Confused Whether I Finished Unlocked My Bootloader Or Not. Anyone Can Help ?
After I Unlock Bootloader, Can I Flash My Rom To Cyanogenmod 12.1 By Nicki Without Problems ?
If I Unlock Bootloader, What Other Advantages Did I Get ? Can I Overclock My Processor ? Fully Root My Phone ? Or Just Can Change My Bootloader ? Thats All. Hope Someone Can Help.

SONY XPERIA Z5 E6653 - simlock by Flashtool by Androxyde 0.9.22.3

Hello to everyone..
Sony mobile flasher simlock option killed my sony xperia Z5 sim service.... bad mistake by me
Basically i bought a second hand sony xperia Z5 locked to O2 UK- first i wanted to upgrade the firmware and i have installed sony mobile flasher 0.9.23.2 and all the drivers to my laptop and downloaded the latest firmware everything was on right way to complete the firmware upgrade but before i proceed i saw the simlock option and i choosed it in order to remove the o2 network lock from the phone, i thought i could get 2 things done if i was lucky but i did not think choosing this option would of kill the phones network function. unfortunately after completing the flash i cannot use the device as a phone as it says no sim service, i can see the imei number and use other things on the phone like wifi etc... but cannot make calls.
After making some google search unfortunately i wasnt able to find any solution for this issue. Is there anyone on this forum have had this problem or can anyone advice me what to do please?
thanks.

Hi, have you tried to unlock the bootloader and reflash stock firmware using the flashtool from flashtool.net and xperifirm?
Or you could follow this step by step and see if that helps. https://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z5/general/ftf-e66xx-patched-kernels-google-drive-t3688365
