Hi all. Gotta a questions for everyone, but not to get into too long of a story, how do I tell how old my Mate 7 is? I want to know the day it came off of the factory line, is what im asking. Does anyone know how I would look that up?

For old phones. If you type that on your dilaer, it would show the details you are asking for.

How can I get it?
Flash the factory image or just wait for the OTA (if stock). Depending on where you're located it could take a little while, some will get updates when they're announced, some get it later in the day/night.

Google said it'd be out today & I'm just sitting here waiting for it cause I wanna see if it makes the phone's touch screen more responsive... I've notice iPhones are more responsive than Androids and I hate making errors when typing when I know i clicked the right letter.. And I hate Swype..The unresponsiveness is making me want an iphone lol..
When I was running the leak, I and several others had notice touch was more responsive, also the driver was updated. I don't like Swype either, I just use the Google keyboard auto correct with my custom dictionary.
Also you may want to watch how and when you mention Apple products in forums, just a heads up.

Yeah I know, i'd never go to apple over droid.. Just said that to see how many people would get butthurt lol.. Joke on my end.

No problem, I might go back to 4.3 over the weekend but for now my N4 has to work without bugs while I run some test on my S4.

Why would I root it for that when google released the update 2 days ago? I have a Nexus 4, i shoulda got it.. I dont have to root for that
