Do you mean this TWRP recvery: Samsung Galaxy Note 3 > Galaxy Note 3 Original Android Development > [TOOL/UTILITY][TWRP][ 2.7][RECOVERY] TWRP 2.7.2.x TeamWin Recovery Project 7/5?
If there is no information in the TWRP thread, you can post your question in the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 > Galaxy Note 3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum ... or ask directly on TeamWin Recovery Project web site.
There you wil hopefully get a proper answer :fingers-crossed:

Do you mena this recovery: AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note 3 > AT&T Galaxy Note 3 Android Development > [RECOVERY LOCKED] Safestrap Recovery v3.75 [2014-06-29 KK B03]?
It's originally for the AT&T Note 3 and unfortunately the dev stopped supporting it since the 1st Sept ... two days ago
Maybe you can find someone willing to help in this thread.
As I do neither have your device nor safetrap recovery, I can't help directly ... sorry.

[Completed] [Q] galaxy s5 sm-g900v Resurrection Remix

so I have a Verizon galaxy s5 (SM-G900V) running lollipop 5.0 with the OA8 kernel. it has Safe Strap installed, but only runs with the NK2 kernel flashed to it, and the safe Strap app will not run(it says safe strap has stopped when i try and run it). i want to flash the custom ROM, Resurrection Remix, to it but it needs CWM recovery to work(i think), also i think it might need to be on Kit Kat 4.4.x in order to flash properly. and because it is Verizon the boot loader is locked. i have seen tutorials for my phone mentioning i need to unlock my boot loader, but never how to do it. i have also seen tutorials on flashing CWM recovery to my phone, but no mention of unlocking the boot loader witch to my understanding must be done to flash CWM recovery. how can i get Resurrection Remix on my phone from its current state.
what i have dug up so far :
all my sources are in the txt file, it would not let me put the links in the post itself
i feel like i have all the information in front of me, but i just cant put all the pieces together. can some one please help

[Completed] Can I use Safestrap and Xposed on my (AT&T G900A) Galaxy S5?

I originally had KitKat 4.4.2 rooted using towelroot, but I got tired of the ugly TouchWiz UI and wanted to try Lollipop. I successfully used the FlashFire method and flashed a pre-rooted Lollipop OF3 Stock ROM (DeOdexed) and I am using the OA1 Bootloader (I believe it's KitKat) which I flashed with Odin.
I would like to use Safestrap to flash the .zip required to use Xposed on Lollipop. I read that to get safestrap somewhat functioning, you have to flash a stock kernal to get it to boot into safestrap, flash your .zip, then flash another kernal to ensure that the phone actually boots after using safestrap.
I can't find a straightforward answer as to what kernals I should be using to do this for my specific phone and if it is even possible. I will list my phone's details below.
Thank you!
-AT&T Samsung Galaxy S5 G900A
-Lollipop 5.0 (Pre-rooted OF3 Stock ROM)
-G900A OA1 Bootloader (KitKat bootloader?)
