Samsumg kies installed and drivers. I'm go to configuration- storage space - connecting to pc with USB,And do not select the option,What do I do? Please help

I am using the Samsung Galaxy S5 with the Stock 4.4.2 OS rooted using the CF Auto root. I want to transfer some music from my computer using Windows 8 to my phone, but I am encountering a problem that says "Device has either stopped or has been disconnected. I am using the usb cable that was povided with the phone.
I will highly appreciate any help or suggestion given.

If you don't have access to a PC I highly recommend you don't root. With root, if you mess something up you'll need a PC to return to stock and get your device running again.

Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. Unfortunately you have a pretty old device and it's not supported well anymore. You can try asking for help in the device's forum here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-tab-2. But what are you trying to flash in Odin? And what errors are you getting?
hi guys please help me here, i have a problem with my sansung galaxy ace nxt, when i connect it on my pc it reads the memory card and phone memory but it does not connect to kies or kingo root.

Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist.
Try uninstalling the drivers then reboot. Launcher Kies and install the drivers again. Reboot.
If that doesn't help you, you could try asking for help here or here.
