[Q] Will the Nexus 5 camera record in slow motion?

I know the camera has something more than the 4 (even though it's still 8mp) but will it have slow motion recording, or does that require special hardware like HTC's ImageSense?
I think it record 1080p at 60fps. You can use the software of your choice to slow down the video. Or buy an HTC.
which HTC model can take show motion?

Probably not.
The camera, CPU, and storage should be fast enough for [email protected] You will need a camera app with a high speed mode. Then change the video from 100+fps to probably 15-30fps.

On S6, you can capture the video up to only 120 FPS.
If you select 1/8 while editing it, you won't have a smooth video (120/8 = 15 FPS). If you select 1/4, you'll get faster&smooth video (120/4 = 30 FPS)
Ok my firends. I have one more question. I see that Google Camera V3.1 have slow motion at 240 FPS. Is possible Samsung S6 with that application record slow motion at 240FPS?

60 fps video recording

Hi guys i have xiaomi note 5, xiaomi mi max 3 and pocophone f1.
They all have about the same camera setup, however, on note 5 and max 3 (in miui 10) i have 1080p video recording at 60fps.
And on most expensive phone with strongest chipset, pocophone, i only have 1080p @ 30fps.
That is kind of nonsense.
Is it possible to have mi max 3 camera app on pocophone? Or is there any other way to record 60fps video with poco?
Get google camera.

BSG 6.1 ,MIUI global Beta
I guess 60 fps does not mean all the way 60 fps .
I got just 28 fps on MIUI stock camera
I have same problem with Pixel Rom, Gcam cannot recorded 60Fps VIdeo

Is possible to get 1080p/60fps in video recording?

Title
I would also like know the answer.
On MIUI 9 it was possible, everything worked great. After update (I don't know which) to MIUI 10 it's possible to record only in 1080p 30fps or 4k 30 fps
Mi 8 , Poco and mix 2s will get 4k 60fps next month
so it is not happened in the end

We've got 4k 60fps. Why would you need 1080p?

S9+ 120fps Camera Mod? (request)

The A50 has just recieved a 120fps camera mod.
There are numerous sources that confirm that the S9 is capable of this.
[Unfortunately as i am a lurker and do not have an account i cannot post links yet so you will have to search yourselves but the sources are numerous]
It is quite obvious that Samsung limited this feature, perhaps in order to segment their branding or because they felt that it was too unstable.
Does anyone know if there is an existing mod for this?
I have a 144hz monitor and would love to start capturing footage I can watch at a higher framerate.
Thanks

Oh i thought you were a developer. The S9 can record at 240fps but the actual video is only exported in 60fps and plays at 60fps. I can tell by comparing actual 120fps video with slow mo video i recorded myself without exporting it.
