So on stock lollipop u can long press on music controls and fast forward, and also it puts the album art as ur lock screen wallpaper, is there anyway to bring this back? Annoying Samsung removed this awesome feature
Also wondering the same thing. The lock screen looked awesome before while music was playing and the buttons were much larger and easier to press (at least on KK - this is my first phone with lollipop)
Anybody find the answer.? Just got an s6 and I miss the lockscreen wallpaper changing to the current song album art. Was a big fan of that with lollipop on my htc one.

I hope I'm just doing something stupid ...
I can't add most widgets I've tried to my lock screen on my Nexus 5.
All I want is a brightness widget that can make the display bright so I can properly put in my password in bright sunlight (I never set my brightness to auto, it's too annoying for me).
All the widgets I install work fine on the home screen but almost all aren't available when I try to add to the lockscreen.
ie. Power Widget lite would be perfect for my needs!
One more thing ...
Also, it seems I can only had one widget to each lockscreen page. Is that really the case?
I was really hoping for 4 1x1 widgets on the default lockscreen!
I'm using a password-word lock so the on-screen keyboard takes up a lot of space. I'm not sure if that's the problem, but there's one row free.
All works fine on my HTC One S (BeanStalk 4.4 Beta). All widgets are working well on lockscreen.
I'm not sure if there is a setting but it appears that the lock screen doesn't show the full screen album art like stock Kit Kat does. None of the music players that is downloaded for that matter offer lock screen controls. I also own a Galaxy Note 3 and since the Kit Kat update it had the full screen album art. Any ideas, if Samsung disabled this that would .
Hey all. Gosh I feel like an idiot for posting but cant for the life of me figure this super basic thing out.
Im on a S7 Edge, using Nova Launcher, and the Goodluck UI. Wanted to mention all that as I think that is why Im having so much trouble. No matter what app, or setting on the phone, it makes the wallpaper the same for both the lock scree and desktop. Can someone tell me what steps work with the configuration I have
Thanks!
Usually you would use the wallpaper setting in Android itself and tell it to set the Homescreen/Lock screen separately using the dropdown at the top of the wallpaper choice screen, but iirc, Good lock has its own wallpaper setting, I don't use it so not sure where it is, but I'd have a look in Good lock settings to start
You can set the home screen however you want, but the lock screen has to be done a specific way. Go into the stock Gallery app, find the pic you want to use then hit "More" in the upper right corner. Then "Set as wallpaper" and choose which you want to set it for, home screen, lock screen, or both.
It's annoying to have to use the Gallery app as it has no way to filter out unwanted folders like all my music folders with album art, but it is the only way I've found so far to set different lock screen and home screen wallpapers.
Hi,
I have a quite anoing issue with any of a animated wallpappers that I would like to set on my phone.
The issue is, that when i set a live wallpaper (stock or Zedge), when I tap the screen when it is on, the wallpapper pause. When I tap again it starts animating again.
The big question here is, if it is possible to somehow turn the live wallpapper on, that my taping on screen won't make it pause, and the animation will work continuosly?
I am looking for a thread like this over the internet but can't find any answer.
I will just add that the phone is not rooted or no other things had bean made with it.
Crossing fingers for a solution form You!
