[Completed] "19" added before dialed numbers - XDA Assist

I own LG G3 Verizon, and I live in Yemen. The dialing country code of Yemen is +967.
And I usually save numbers of contacts with the country code so that I can find them in "whatsapp".
The problem is that every time I call one of the contacts, I get a dialed number like this ( 19967XXXXXXXXX) where X are the phone numbers.
And the carrier doesn't understand the number.
How do I change my G3 settings so that it won't add a prefix.
I searched other threads and were told to change cust. And some posts said that I should change a line in build.prop. But in both posts, those solutions do not exist.
I even changed the reference country in my phone settings to Yemen but that didn't work, it shows that my current country is "wallis and futuna (france) "
How can I solve that?

[Q] request: app that shows provider for every number at contacts?- Solved!

Hi there,
I hope I didn't miss an identical request somewhere here...
The most people with contracts have free sms and minutes within there own telephone provider net/ telephone network.. I don't know if thats the right translation- in germany for example e-plus, vodafone, telekom, o2...
But unfortunately you don't always know who of your friends belong to which net- or you always forget it after asking them like me...
Would it be possible to make an app which shows at contacts to which provider a cell phone number belongs?
Or is there even an app like this on the market?
It just would be great to know which calls would be free and which one not...
thanks,

Mmodify phone number recognition digits in registry

Hello all,
Basically I have a UK phone but in Singapore the number of phone digits is 8 digits which is more than in UK.
This causes any numbers saved with +65 xxxxxxxx to not show the name that it is saved with.
Research shows there is a registry key that i can modify to fix this.
Appreciate if anyone can help do this on a device without interop unlock.
Health life etc pls help me....
