Porting roms is very time consuming so unless you find someone who has the same device and the technical knowledge to port the rom it is going to be difficult to get someone to do it for you. You might try your hand at porting. Here are some guides that could help:

Hi all
I have a k-touch w88 but there is no play store and I need to root the phone with a custom rom because I cannot install any apps. Most of the phone is in chinese. Is there cyanogenmod available for this model or any other english based rom? Can anyone help please?
