Hi,
If you are using a custom rom, you need to ask in the rom thread for help. If you are trying to Root an official 5.0 update.... I need your device model number to point you towards help. But I'm pretty sure no Grand device has an official Lollipop update.... So you are likely using a rom... So please ask for help in the thread you downloaded the rom from.
Thanks!
Hello everyone, I just joined and I do not know if placed in the right forum.

thanks
Hi there,
I'm sorry but I founded only one custom ROM for your device. Please read carefully and proceed only if you are sure and have a backup:
CUSTOM ROM FOR ACE DUOS s6802 [RELEASED ]
CustomDroid ROM For Ace Duos s6802 [NEXT VERSION 2.0 Released]
Good luck
