Hello Mates,
right now i am using the cyanogen mod 12 nightly Rom on my OPO. But i would like to try a custom Rom.
I did watch a Video of cm-Resurrection_Remix_LP_v5.4.1 Rom. Did anybody try this Rom? What is your experience?
For me it is important the smoothness and stability.....i am also for other Rom recommondations.
Thank you in advance
Best Regards
Coktail

Here you go --> [ROM][UNOFFICIAL][5.1] OmniROM
Next time please do a simple Google search before opening a new thread :good:
I know, that's not the one I'm talking about. The one is pure stock AOSP. Omni ROM has bugs.
Nobody needs to try 5.1, they want to try it. You're probably not going to get pure aosp on this device. Plus, devs work on projects that they want to work on, they don't look through q&a sections searching for requests.

It is hard to say, there are tons of kernels. But if you are new you must be using oxygenos os or cos12.1. So according to your system you can try boeffla oxygen/cos kernel.. But of course you need to unlock your bootloader, flash custom recovery and then flash kernel. Then you must try to tweak your kernel inside some app (boeffla has own noob friendly app). If you search, you will all information you need to succesfully install custom kernel and profit from it.

Just a little advice. Forums are just as much for reading as posting questions. At the top of the General section, you'll see a sticky called:
The "What is the Best or Favorite ROM/Kernel" Roll Up Thread
That's the best place to find people's opinions of the various ROMs available. Also, questions shouldn't get posted in the General section. We have a help / Q&A section for that:

hi guys
I was wondering what is the best custom rom out there because I Literally tried almost every custom rom out there but I couldn't choose, cr Droid seems to be the best for battery but the performance is lacking
can you recommend a good custom rom for me that has a good battery life and performance?
i think its as difficult as pointing out for a bride for another guy ... did you try AICP 16.1? For me the best because it has a lot of setting options...
