Hello Cambodia Note 3 Users!
I am not a developer, yet an ordinary user. As we Khmer people know, most of Samsung device is not supported Khmer language and its default keyboard. So I tried to figure out, and it worked on N900 lollipop 5.0 well. Please enjoy your day!
How to add Khmer fonts to System:
1. Copy Samsung Khmer fonts.zip to your device
2. Extract the 2 font files to your device
3. Copy the 2 font files to system/fonts
4. Set permission to 644
5. Reboot your device
6. Enjoy!

How to add Khmer Keyboard to Samsung Keyboard:
1. Copy km_KH.zip to your device
2. Copy it to System/sipdb
3. Set permission to 755
4. Reboot your device

Good instruction, but no need to install khmer font if you are running Kitkat 4.4.2+ or Lollipop 5.0.0+.
To anyone who installed Google Keyboard, just add Khmer language, that's all.

Nope if your are on lollipop N900. You cannot see Khmer font because it was lacked of SamsungKhmer fonts. So you need to add it to the system. For keyboard, I refered to Samsung Original Keyboard which is no option to download it from server, that is why I give this instruction. Anyway, Google keyboard is good but it was really hard to add Japanese or Chinese with Khmer and English like Samsung Keyboard can do.

You right, I never add those languages only ENG and KHMER.
And How about Galaxy S4 SHV-E330S guy?
I mean how to make it support Khmer after Lollipop?

@barabysok I am not so sure if this will work for all devices of Samsung (not from Korean) but a kinda of Custom ROM? Do you have tried that? Please confirm.

i tried following the instructions above...but still does not work on my samsung galaxy note 4 tmobile...somehow the encryption is not working. all i see is a box with an X

Hey i have founded the solution for ASAIN + ARABIC Reading font in galaxy ACE.
Extract The RAR.
Just copy this font to system/fonts and u will then able to view hindi language in applications,sms etc etc.
Tools Needed : Rooted Phone, Root Explorer, Devanagari Font.
Font Attached.
Note BACKUP your original Font.

well the grammar is not correct. In stock eclair rom of samsung galaxy 3 it was perfect. Maybe someone can extract it from there and attach.

Grammar is not correct cos Most of the handsets dont have (some sort of ) rendering system for Indic scripts. One exception I've seen is Samsung Galaxy Pro with perfect rendering of hindi out of box.

Since this device is new and just sell in china anda india (as far i know) then i got problem to instal custom recovery
Some people from china success to porting CWM but its in chinesse language which myself cant read it

Thank you for the response, but im totally blind about this.
The only one i have is recovery CWM chinesse version, i dont have stock and the other file since the RUU still not release yet and i dont know how to extract from the device directly
It is okay if i used just chinese CWM to build it?

The followings are the translations from the recovery that I used to root my device.
I don't know it is same as yours. Just check the chinese fonts and be careful not to do a mistake.
重启系统 = Reboot the system
选择更新 = Select Update
恢复出厂 = Restore the factory
清空缓存 = Empty the cache
备份恢复 = Backup and recovery
挂载存储 = Mount storage
高级 = Advanced
关机 = Shut down
I think this will help you.
To root the device, you just need to choose "select update" (the second one)
and then, choose the first one including "SD" to update from SD card.

I also had the menu in chinese and it also worked when i chose the 2nd line then the line with "SD" and "update.zip".

Can someone please upload the stock keyboard apk from Note 10.1?
I only need the keyboard file as the system dump or ROM files are too large for me to download.
I think it should be in the name of "SamsungIME.apk"

-Install Root Explorer after installing it Open the app
-Go to system and open csc Folder
-open feature.xml in Text Editor
-Then search for this line
<CscFeature_Contact_ConfigLogDisplayType>Korea</CscFeature_Contact_ConfigLogDisplayType>
replace the Korea to US like this <CscFeature_Contact_ConfigLogDisplayType>US</CscFeature_Contact_ConfigLogDisplayType>

Hi everyone again. Today I updated my Note 5 (SM-N920I) using Samsung Smart Switch and, finally, I got back S-Voice, which works perfectly. I lost the root, of course but, luckily (and I don't know why) I haven't lost italian language installed through Morelocal2. My new question is: is it possible to let S-Voice working in italian?
