Is it continuously lighting or flashes?
Continuous lighting could be solved but flashing of red light after certain interval could be a problem of motherboard.

It blinks when I connect to to charger or pc

But how? I can't go in download mode...
Via odin .
May be you can go to Download Mode via this
As soon as you feel the phone vibrate, immediately let go of the power button but continue to hold the other buttons until the recovery boots, then let go of them.
