Samsung T769 Won't Boot

flash cm10,the cell phone can not boot when charging.but official rom can boot.

Have you done a factory reset
And completely the wrong section....

What nightly did you install? I had issues with the 10/25 nightly not booting. If you try another one, it might work.

yes,i guess "boot.img" has a bug.

[Q] P5113 wont boot! Please help

I just flashed the Zap Blaster rom and now my tab wont boot. It just shows the battery icon when its plugged in, but it shows it on and off randomly. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Get back to CWM (power button / volume button combination), wipe cache and dalvik cache, do a factory reset and flash again (and/or try another ROM).
Did you use ROM Manager for flashing?

No I did it in recovery, its working now thanks!

I asked because it's highly recommended NOT using ROM Manager. In the rooting guide I've used is a big warning, that some people bricked their tab by using ROM Manager. Sorry, my bad. In the end you were lucky.

Thanks for the heads up! I never used ROM manager even on my phone.. It just never actually did anything so I steered away anyways thanks again!

Why no help..is it my name

..installed a custom recovery..now phone keeps rebooting..when it boots up its trying to download from google play..only stays on like a min for it reboots again..i can get into recovery.so let me know what to do..no one is helping

this error comes up on every boot and i can't delete contacts + the phone battery stay just one day without activities

Which ROM are you using, stock or custom? If using custom ROM boot in recovery mode and fix permissions in cwm.

try to wipe data from recovery. if it doesn't work, then try to reflash

Unable to boot ROMs

Hello, I have unlocked bootloader, installed Clockworkmod and then rooted my 16GB UK Moto. I was trying to flash my rom with Cyanogenmod and
Paranoid android but both roms were stuck at boot animation for more than 20minutes. Only rom that was working for my is stock GPE. Can anyone help me what may cause this?

Did u try wipe dalvik cache cache an data

Install twrp-> flash rom->flash gapps->fix permissions->reboot. I had the same issue till I found this procedure in another thread.

Can you be a little more specific please? If I have cwm already, can I flash twrp over it without problems? Where do I fix permissions? Tnx in advance.

I haven't tried to flash twrp over cwm so I'm not sure. Fix Permissions is located inside of the "Advanced" tab on twrp.

Hi guys! I had the same problem, and I had tried everthing that you have mentioned here and nothing worked.
I was coming from stock KitKat and the only solution for me was to go back to stock JB: follow this guide
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2542219
and you'll see that it will solve your problem.
After I did that I was able to flash CM11, SlimKat and another couple of ROMs
