Hey Guys..
I've recently bought LG G2 ( L01F - Korean Variant - it's pre-rooted) in China so it does'nt come with Google play. I've installed one mobile market and downloaded Subway Surfers but the only problem is "in app purchases" doesn't work (It says "purchase failed") . So i manually installed Google play ( 5.3.6) and re-downloaded Subway Surfers and the "in app purchase" still shows the same error message. In app purchases works for other games i downloaded from Play store ( Temple run , Scramble).
- I've tried ... Clearing Play store's - cache , data , setting up my account again.
- cleared game data and re-installing the game.
I cannot restore my phone to factory settings cos i have way too much data .. i cannot afford to lose.
P.S : The apps i have downloaded for the first time (on my phone) from play store works without a hitch. But if i have already downloaded the app from a third-party store and have been using it or used it before and removed it (from other source other than the play store) --shows some error message.

Try renstalling the newest version of Play Store and all Google Framework

Hi everybody
I have a problem with possibility of installing aps on my LG-P920 3D from google play store. When I open play store I see only a few aps on every lists. I didn't noticed the change earlier, I installed nothing, I tried to reinstal upgrade of google play store , doesn't help. I cannot install anything , because I see no aplication , only a few (dipends of list - 1 to 5 , not more). I have ICS 4.04 android.

Currently i'm on my rooted LG Optimus F6. Whenever i opened my Play Store, It keeps showing no connection. Here's the list of events that i had done.
Singapore Time [ UTC +8]
12.45am - Deleted Google+ (System app)
1.00 am - (Problem Arises) Opened to play store, States no connection while on Wifi and/or 4G
1.05 am - Tried to uninstall updates and Reset phone
1.06 am - Opened play store , still no connection
1.06 am - Changed host files & reset phone
1.10 am - Opend Play store, No difference, Cant Access Play Store; No Connection

As you are rooted.. Remove google play services(System App)
Now search in xda for Google play services.apk..
Install it..
Now sign in you account..
Open play store..
1.At first i have used REVERSE TETHERING, to try my luck i patched my play store i had access but as usual cant download anything.
2.Then recently i have used FREEDOM app and it worked.but now play store is not loading i.e.(says no internet connection even though i had clear WiFi connection & working with other apps )
So 1st i cleared cache,then data of play store and then Google frame services,but no luck, I DON'T WANT TO FACTORY RESET, so i uninstalled it.
now installed new Google play store ,but its not working gives me the error "Unfortunately , Android system has stopped"
and its not working now does anyone has solution.
AND ALSO TELL EASY WAY TO PORT A NEW ROM &CLOCKWORKMOD TO MY MOBILE(CELKON A67),i have seen xda forum but its too much for me.

If you reinstalled the Play Store as an .apk then it's installed as a "user" app, and must be changed to a "system" app. There's a number of apps that do this, some of them free. I'm guessing you already have one, if you uninstalled the Play Store.
Something you can try is the Xposed framework and a module called Fake Wifi Connection. The reason the Play Store doesn't download anything is because it doesn't detect a data connection (cellular or wi-fi). This module tricks selected apps into thinking you're connected to wi-fi, allowing them to work even though your data is coming from an atypical source. No guarantees though.
And in the future, DO A DAMN BACKUP BEFORE UNINSTALLING SYSTEM APPS!!!!!!
I have Samsung Tab 8.9 (P7310, Android 4.0.4) and when I try to install or update apps with Play Store (v5.2.13), Play Store crashes with message "Unfortunately Play Store has stopped".
Have tried clearing cache and clearing data to no avail. I uninstalled Play Store updates then it worked until it auto updated to v5.2.13. I also restored the tablet to factory default and again it worked until Play Store autoupdated to v5.2.13.
Found apk for Play Store v5.1.11 and installed that, then again Play Store worked properly until it updated to v5.2.13.
How is it possible to stop auto update of Play Store because its a hassle to always uninstall updates or install different version before trying to install or update apps.

BTW, I don't know about the inner workings of the tablet, file systems, etc. Nor, do I particularly want to become skilled in this regard...just want Play Store it to work again without the hassle so please be gentle with me.

Whenever i open play store app on my s8 plus it just crash and message pop up saying that play store has stopped working. I have tried crearing cache, data and reboot. Nothing worked. Any solutions. My s8 plus is running latest android update.
Ive got a similar issue on a Galaxy S8, play store crashes every time I try turning it on unless I clear its cache, then its working as long as its stored in memory. Does anyone know any fix?

I cannot give you a direct answer to your question.
However consider this.?
On my previous devices, think it was Note 3 or Note 4
i had similar issues with Play store.
Trying to install apps but failing.
or Play store "crashing /stop working etc
Eventually i found that the app store crashes
was actually related to Play Services app which is " "linked " Play Store app.
Somehow i had wrong version of Play Services
installed or it somehow got corrupted.
So its just not the Play Store app but other
apps "linked" to it. eg Play Services.
End result
I decided just to do a factory reset
as i was to confused/annoyed
with whole issue, and did not know how to solve it.
