You will need to contact the nearest care center to restore your IMEI. Only they have the necessary authority to do so.

I bought the galaxy grand quattro in 2013 and i will try to root my mobile. I was read the rooting procedure of galaxy grand quattro gt i8552. My doubt is one of the disadvantage is warranty is not claimed after rooting the mobile but i think warranty is applicale one year from the date of purchase whether my view is correct? And after rooting was completed if there is any problem in device the service centre will resolve my problem in my rooted device?

Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. Your warranty would have expired by now, so no need to worry about that. A service centre should still be able to work on the device, but you'd need to ask them to confirm that.

sir, i had some charging issues with my xperia sp and i repaired it with local person not from service center (as they directly told me that motherboard will be replaced and charges would be rs 8000). After repair everything is fine but my phone imei number is missing bcoz of that sim card also not working .. *#06# not showing imei ,, tried to flash its rom but not that also not helping.... plz help me ......

Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. If the device doesn't even turn on it's bricked and there is nothing you can do without specialized hardware. I would see if JTAG is available for your device.
