Hello friends,
My younger brother received an acer TA71CA1 tablet as an award under 'CM special award 2014' from State board. The tablet comes with android 4.2 jelly bean. But i want to install coustom android 4.4 kitkat on it. And if android 5.1 is available then its very good. So can anybody tell me how can i install coustom android 4.4 or 5.0 on the said tablet.
Thank you for using XDA Assist. Unfortunately your tablet is not very popular and you'll probably have a hard time finding any custom roms for it. But the best place to try is here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software-hacking

Thanks in advance
Hi there,
I don't think you will be able to do that, any ROMs for your device can be found here: Q3000 Android Development
Thank you and thread closed!
Hai my name is pramod and I have got Asus fonepad k004. It has android jelly bean 4.1.2 os and I am using it for more than one year but still I don't get any upgrade for os. Pls help me.
Hi,
I would imagine on that device that official support ended and 4.1.2 is the last update it will ever get. It happens to a phones after a certain period. Sometimes there are custom roms made that go beyond last official update versions, but I can find nothing on XDA about that for your device. So you can register on XDA if you wish and ask about it here,
> Android Development and Hacking > Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
Good luck!
Welcome all users of this forum.
I very kindly ask for help for the Android version of the Jelly Bean 4.2.2 in the device FreeTab 9701 Modecom HDX1.
Very I care as the fastest version of Android for this tablet. Whether the cyanogenmod Android would be available for this device? If there is no cyanogenmoda Android, the tablet, then please advice on how you can optimize your Jelly Bean 4.2.2? I've already powyłączałem unnecessary applications. What can be done to better optimize your system, including device?
Yours cordially, I wish you have a nice evening everyone)
Sincerely, Luke

Hello,
This forum is for newbies finding their way around XDA Developers, it isn't a development section.
